Operator AI Product Operations Lead at Typeform

Builds and operates internal AI workflows across R&D, identifying high-value AI problems, designing solutions, and ensuring reliable adoption and performance.

Lead Posted about 10 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who we are

Typeform is a refreshingly different form builder. We help over 150,000 businesses collect the data they need with forms, surveys, and quizzes that people enjoy. Designed to look striking and feel effortless to fill out, Typeform drives 500 million responses every year—and integrates with essential tools like Slack, Zapier, and Hubspot.

About the team

Product Operations sits at the center of how our Product and wider R&D teams work. We help create the systems, practices, and connections that allow teams to focus on solving the right problems and delivering great products.

AI is becoming an increasingly important part of that work. Across R&D, teams are already experimenting with tools like Glean and Claude, building automations, testing agents, and finding new ways to use AI throughout the product development lifecycle.

The opportunity now is to turn that energy into something more systematic. That’s where you come in.

About the role

We’re looking for an AI Product Operations Lead to build and operate the internal AI Operations capability for R&D.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take an ambiguous opportunity and turn it into a reliable, adopted solution. You’ll help us identify the highest-value problems AI can solve, understand how people work today, design the right solution, build or coordinate its delivery, and then stay accountable for how it performs after launch.

One day, you might be working with a team to understand a frustrating workflow and deciding whether a simple prompt, automation, integration, agent, or internal app is the right answer. The next, you could be improving an existing AI workflow, testing its reliability, helping coordinate access to an enterprise AI tool, or working with IT and InfoSec to make sure a new solution can scale responsibly.

You’ll own the connective layer between AI strategy and day-to-day execution across R&D.

This isn’t a role for someone who only wants to prototype prompts, manage project plans, or write requirements. We’re looking for someone who enjoys combining systems thinking, AI fluency, user discovery, technical execution, and operational ownership—and who wants to see things through.

You’ll report to our VP of Product Operations and work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, IT, InfoSec, and other AI practitioners across Typeform.

What you’ll do

  • Build and continuously improve our backlog of AI opportunities across R&D, helping teams identify, prioritize, and sequence the jobs where AI can have the greatest impact.
  • Take ambiguous problems from initial discovery through to delivery: understand the user and workflow, explore options and trade-offs, design the right system, build or coordinate implementation, test, document, launch, measure, and improve.
  • Design simple, AI-native solutions that fit naturally into how people work. You’ll know when a prompt is enough—and when the problem calls for a workflow, integration, agent, database, or custom application.
  • Help R&D get more value from enterprise AI tools such as Glean and Claude, partnering with IT and InfoSec on areas including access, configuration, connectors, enablement, and support.
  • Own the lifecycle of the AI systems within your portfolio, including automations, skills, agents, and internal web applications.
  • Establish practical approaches to evaluation, testing, reliability, observability, security, and maintenance—using evidence and feedback to improve systems over time.
  • Partner with teams across R&D to uncover needs, unblock delivery, clarify ownership, and bring the right experts into the work.
  • Help run and evolve our R&D AI governance and enablement practices, giving leaders better visibility into active work, risks, adoption, and outcomes.
  • Participate in Typeform’s broader AI governance efforts as an R&D contributor.
  • Work with Finance and other partners to improve visibility into AI tool usage, spend, and value, helping inform investment decisions.
  • Explore and support the development of autonomous agents that can improve how we plan, discover, design, build, evaluate, and manage work across the product development lifecycle.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong practical experience applying AI to real-world problems—not just experimenting with models, but building solutions that people actually use.
  • A track record of taking ambiguous problems from discovery through implementation, testing, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
  • Excellent systems thinking. You can understand how people, processes, tools, data flows, integrations, permissions, and technical constraints fit together—and make thoughtful trade-offs between different approaches.
  • Strong user and workflow discovery skills. You know how to get beyond the initial request, understand the real job to be done, and simplify a solution when the original approach is more complex than it needs to be.
  • Hands-on technical fluency and comfort building, modifying, and troubleshooting internal workflows, automations, agents, or applications.
  • Practical experience with modern development practices and tools such as GitHub, repositories and pull requests, basic application hosting, deployment, logging, and operational troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing work independently: prioritizing a backlog, handling dependencies and risks, documenting decisions, and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
  • A strong approach to evaluation and reliability. You think about what “good” looks like, how to test for it, how to collect feedback, and how to improve a system after it goes live.
  • The ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. You’re comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions, seeking expert input, and making progress without needing close day-to-day direction.
  • Good judgment around responsible AI, security, access, and governance, and an understanding of when to bring in the right partners.

*Typeform drives hundreds of millions of interactions each year, enabling conversational, human-centered experiences across the globe. We move as one team, empowering our collective efforts by valuing each individual’s unique perspective. This fosters strong bonds grounded in respect, transparency, and trust. We champion our diverse customer base by anticipating their needs and addressing their challenges with priority. Committed to excellence, we hold high expectations for ourselves and each other, continuously striving to deliver exceptional results.

We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and stand firmly against discrimination and harassment of any kind—whether based on race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. Our open-source Contract Libraries have facilitated over $35 trillion in onchain value and are used by 10 of the top 10 tokenized money market funds and 9 of the top 10 stablecoins by market cap.

We combine AI-native security tooling with deep research and a decade of audit expertise to support leading institutions and crypto-native teams shaping the next generation of digital assets like DTCC, Fidelity, Coinbase, Uniswap, Aave, the Ethereum Foundation, and many more across the full secure development lifecycle.

Please note: Always refer to OpenZeppelin’s official job page for the most accurate information about our open roles, as we have seen multiple third party job sites posting inaccurate information.

The AI Operations Team

The AI Operations team owns the agentic layer the rest of the company runs on. We build the workflows, agents, and scheduled tasks that automate business processes end to end, and we build and maintain the proprietary framework those components ship in. Every business unit at OpenZeppelin is a customer of this team.

What you’ll be doing

The role has two primary work streams.

AI workflow design, implementation, and maintenance. You understand the fundamental AI building blocks that we use in the company, and you work with interdisciplinary business units to help them identify flows in their processes that can be optimized and automated with AI.

Internal AI automation framework product feedback and contribution. Based on the experience that you obtain as a consumer of the internal AI automation framework, and on your study of the ecosystem, you provide product feedback (feature requests, bug reports, etc.), contribute to the source code of the framework, and take part in peer review and development.

  • Work together with different business units in the company to understand where and how AI can be applied in their daily workflows to improve their overall productivity.
  • Design, implement, test, and maintain AI automation workflows and scheduled tasks that encapsulate and automate business processes that span the company.
  • Monitor and measure automation executions, and iterate on the components that underperform.
  • Provide product feedback for fixes and new features in the internal AI automation framework, and peer review and actively maintain its source code as a developer on the AI Operations team.
  • Run training sessions and write internal guides on applied AI topics such as skill development, agent design, and prompt/context engineering.

You have

  • Hands-on experience building applied AI systems, and fluency with both the concepts involved (prompt engineering, context engineering, prompt caching, tool use, progressive disclosure) and the fundamental building blocks: skills, remote and local MCP servers, agents, and agent harnesses.
  • Practical experience with LLM provider APIs and gateways, such as the the OpenAI Chat Completions and Responses APIs, the Anthropic Messages API, or OpenRouter.
  • Ability to read, write, and structure Markdown-based systems (skills, agent definitions, workflow specs, and knowledge bases), alongside TypeScript development experience and solid Git and GitHub fluency: branches, pull requests, reviews, and the discipline to keep shared repositories clean.
  • A security-first mindset: you think about what an autonomous agent should not be allowed to do before you ship it.
  • Strong ability to communicate deeply technical topics, both written and spoken, and patience working with non-technical colleagues. You will be their bridge into the agentic workflow.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI software development techniques like spec-driven development or RPI (Research, Plan, Implement), with the principal AI development harnesses like Claude Code, Codex, or OpenCode, and with SDD tooling like Superpowers or Spec Kit.
  • Experience running evaluations of LLM systems (evals, benchmarks, regression testing of prompts).
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a collaborator on the team.

Logistics:

Our interview process takes place on Google Meet or Zoom and tends to consist of the following stages:

  • Recruiter Call (30 minutes)
  • Hiring Manager Call (60 minutes)
  • Team Interview (30 minutes)
  • Leadership Interview (30 minutes)
  • Paid work trial (10-20 hours of paid work)
  • Reference checks

Benefits

  • Meet your teammates at company gatherings around the world 😎
  • Enjoy the flexibility of fully remote work 🌎
  • Take the time you need with flexible time off 🏝
  • Grow your family with 8 weeks of paid leave for primary caregivers, 4 weeks for secondary caregivers, and a one-time $3,600 baby bonus 💙

  • Stay covered with medical insurance đŸ„
  • Keep growing with learning and development opportunities 🧠
  • Get a monthly stipend for your preferred co-working space đŸ’»

At OpenZeppelin, we are an equal opportunity employer and we value different perspectives. We are committed to building a diverse workforce. This includes but is not limited to gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, national origin and other characteristics that make each one of us unique. In this uniqueness, we find the most value. Come join us!

Use of AI as part of the recruiting process

As part of OpenZeppelin’s recruitment process, we may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to assist in reviewing applications and assessing candidate qualifications. These tools are used to support our People team by identifying relevant skills and experience, and are not used to make decisions solely by automated means. All hiring decisions involve human review. Operator Solution Engineer at RelationalAI

Embeds with enterprise customers to design and deploy AI decision systems using RelationalAI's platform, working with executives and data teams to solve high-stakes business problems.

Mid Remote Posted about 22 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are

At RelationalAI, we’re solving one of the most important challenges in artificial intelligence: how to teach large language models the logic, semantics, and business context of the modern enterprise.

Frontier models are trained almost entirely on public data — they can speak about the world, but they don’t understand your business. We fix that.

RelationalAI has pioneered a breakthrough called Superalignment — technology that enables LLMs to learn natively from private, structured enterprise data inside the data cloud.

By combining this with relational knowledge graphs and our proprietary neuro/symbolic-relational reasoners, we deliver trustworthy decision intelligence: systems that use semantic models to truly understand how a business operates and can reason across its data to drive better outcomes.

We’re a globally distributed team of engineers, scientists, and builders redefining how AI learns from data. We believe that high-stakes decisions deserve frontier intelligence — intelligence that’s explainable, aligned, and grounded in reality.

If you’re driven by curiosity, thrive in complexity, and want to help build the system that brings true understanding to enterprise AI, you’ll feel right at home here.

The Role

You will be embedded inside our customers’ hardest problems, and you will own the outcome until it works in production.

You’ll sit with executives, domain experts, and data teams to find the decisions that actually move their business - inventory that’s in the wrong place, risk concentrations nobody can see, fraud patterns that only emerge across three systems, capacity plans built on guesses. Then you’ll model their world in our ontology, formulate the reasoning problem, write the PyRel, and ship something that runs against their real data in their own Snowflake account.

Every engagement here produces two deliverables.

The first is the one the customer sees: a working decision system that changes how they operate.

The second is the one that matters most to us: the pile of things you had to invent because our platform didn’t have them yet. The modelling pattern you hand-rolled. The constraint formulation that should have been a primitive. The three-hour workaround where an API should have existed. You bring those back, you argue for them, and the strongest of them become product.

That second deliverable is why this role exists. If you only ever deliver the first one, we’ve hired a consultant. We’re not hiring consultants.

You’ll operate with unusual autonomy: you decide what’s worth building, when a workaround is acceptable and when it’s technical debt we’ll regret, and when to tell a customer their real problem is not the one they asked about. You’ll be technical enough that when something breaks in a customer environment, you find the root cause yourself rather than filing a ticket and waiting.

What You’ll Do

  • Own outcomes end to end - discovery, modelling, implementation, performance tuning, production hardening, and the measurement that proves it worked. Not a handoff at each stage. Yours.
  • Build, not describe - design and ship decision solutions on our modelling, reasoning, and learning stack: ontologies over customer data, rules, graph analytics, optimisation formulations, predictive models
  • Fill the gaps yourself - when a customer workflow is blocked on something the platform doesn’t do, scope it and build it. Then push the general version upstream: read our source, form a hypothesis before you escalate, open the PR.
  • Close the loop with Product - every deployment generates a signal. Bring back reproductions, patterns, and specific failure modes (“the only way I could express this was by abusing X in this way”), not vibes. You are one of the loudest inputs into our roadmap.
  • Run technical discovery that gets to the truth - workshops, demos, and proofs of concept designed to find out whether we can actually solve the problem, not to look impressive.
  • Leave things better than you found them - document as you go, in the repo, same week. Turn one-off work into reusable reference implementations so the next person starts where you finished. No branch of yours should be diverging for a month.
  • Refuse shortcuts that compound - no undocumented config drift, no “it works now” without knowing why it broke, no restarting the service before you’ve captured the evidence.

Who You Are

You thrive in ambiguity and move with intent. You’re motivated by deep understanding and meaningful impact.

  • Owner, not participant. You take full accountability for the outcome, not your slice of it. When something is broken and it’s nobody’s job, it becomes yours.
  • You build. Your instinct in the face of a hard problem is to open an editor, not a deck. You’d rather show a working prototype on real data than a diagram of one.
  • High conviction, low ego. You argue hard for what you believe, you’re direct about what’s wrong, and you change your mind quickly when the evidence turns. You challenge ideas without making it personal - people leave arguments with you feeling sharper, not smaller.
  • Rigorous. You root-cause things. You can explain both why it broke and why your fix works. Surface symptoms don’t satisfy you.
  • Fast in unfamiliar territory. Dropped into a codebase, a domain, or a data model you’ve never seen, you’re useful within days. “I only do backend” and “that’s not my job” are phrases you don’t use.
  • High tolerance for friction. Enterprise environments are messy - broken data, VDI access, security reviews, politics. You route around it and keep shipping.
  • Impact-driven. You want the thing you built to still be running, and still be load-bearing, two years from now.

What This Role Is Not

We’d rather be blunt than waste your time:

  • It is not demo-and-handoff pre-sales. You don’t disappear after the POC; you’re there when it goes to production.
  • It is not staff augmentation. You own outcomes, not hours or ticket queues.
  • It is not advisory. We deliver working software, not recommendations.
  • It is not a support role. You deploy new things; you don’t maintain someone else’s legacy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years building and shipping production software, at least some of it inside customer or partner environments
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership: you have personally taken something from an ambiguous problem statement to running in production, and you can walk us through the whole arc, including what went wrong
  • Strong SQL and deep familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift)
  • Strong programming ability - Python primarily; comfort with declarative or logic-style languages is a real advantage
  • Comfortable reading unfamiliar source code, interpreting stack traces, and debugging systems you didn’t write
  • Able to hold your own with both a VP of Supply Chain and a staff data engineer, in the same meeting
  • Comfortable operating in high-autonomy, high-velocity, low-instruction environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Built analytical, decision, or reasoning applications that reached production and stayed there
  • Experience with optimization, constraint solving, rule engines, graph algorithms, or ML on structured data
  • Semantic modelling, data pipelines, and governance in real enterprise settings
  • Track record of upstream contribution - features, tools, or abstractions you built for one customer that became standard for everyone
  • Prior experience in enterprise technology, AI, or analytics platforms

How We Hire

Our loop is designed to test the job, not trivia. Expect a technical screen; a session where you navigate and extend a system you’ve never seen before; a problem-decomposition session on a realistic customer scenario; and a conversation about ownership with the hiring manager. We’re looking for how you think when you don’t know the answer.

The Solution Engineer position offers a base salary range of $170,000 to $200,000, along with equity and comprehensive benefits. Please note that this range serves as a guideline; actual total compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skill set, qualifications, and geographic location.

Why RelationalAI

At RelationalAI, you will:

  • Work from anywhere in the world
  • Earn competitive salary + equity
  • Enjoy open PTO, flexible schedules, and recharge weeks
  • Access global benefits, mental-health support, and learning stipends
  • Join a transparent, inclusive, and globally connected culture that values curiosity, excellence, and impact
  • Regular team offsites and global events – Building strong connections while working remotely through team offsites and global events that bring everyone together.
  • A culture of transparency & knowledge-sharing – Open communication through team standups, fireside chats, and open meetings.

Operator Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (AI First) at Unbounce

Builds and operates AI-driven FP&A workflows, automating recurring financial analysis and reporting while validating AI outputs for accuracy.

Senior Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (AI First)

Department: Operations

Location: Remote, Canada or US

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (in your time zone)

About the Role

Unbounce is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (AI First) to join our FP&A team. You’ll run our budgeting and forecasting cycles, prepare monthly reporting, support the accounting team through month-end close, and partner with teams across the business to answer financial questions.

This is an AI-native role: the outputs are familiar (an annual budget, a rolling forecast, a monthly reporting package, board metrics), but you will spend a meaningful share of your time building the systems that produce them rather than producing them by hand. Every employee at Unbounce has Claude, and our billing and accounting stack was rebuilt this year on Recurly and Rillet, so the data layer underneath you is new rather than inherited.

Concretely, when a recurring analysis takes four hours by hand, we expect your instinct to be to build the thing that does it in four minutes next month, and then to be the person who can tell whether its answer is right. The second half matters more than the first. Automation without judgment is worse than no automation, and this role owns both.

We’re after someone dependable and detail-oriented who communicates clearly and whose first instinct on a repetitive task is to automate it. You don’t need to have done every item on this list. If you’re strong in most areas and willing to learn the rest, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and operate AI-driven finance workflows

  • Design, build and maintain the AI agents and automated workflows that carry the recurring FP&A load: variance analysis, first-pass commentary, cohort and retention analysis, board metric refreshes, and the routine data pulls underneath all of them.
  • Use AI as a default part of your workflow, across analysis, modeling, reporting, and commentary, within our team practices and data-handling guidelines.
  • Use Claude, which every employee here already has, to speed up analysis, automate recurring reporting, draft first-pass variance commentary, and pressure-test your own assumptions before numbers go out.
  • Build the context these agents need in order to be reliable: metric definitions, documented data lineage from source system to report, and explicit rules for how each number is constructed. An agent is only as good as the context it can reach.
  • Decide what should and should not be automated. Draw and defend the line between work an agent runs unsupervised, work an agent drafts for human review, and work that stays fully manual.
  • Own the finance team’s shared library of agents, prompts, skills and calculation templates. Treat it as a deliverable in its own right, versioned and documented, so that it keeps producing when you are on vacation.
  • Own what the tools produce, review AI-assisted work to the same standard as your own, and know when a question needs judgment instead. Build the checks in: validation against source, reconciliation, and a review step that catches a wrong answer before it reaches leadership or the board.
  • Raise the ceiling for the people around you. Some of your highest-leverage work will be enabling your business partners to answer their own questions rather than producing the analysis yourself.

Planning and forecasting

  • Prepare Own the annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecast updates, gathering inputs from department leaders.
  • Maintain the company’s financial model (revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash) and keep the key assumptions up to date. Structure it so that running a new scenario is a configuration change, not a rebuild.
  • Run scenario analysis to help leadership weigh decisions, using AI to build and iterate on cases faster than a manual model rebuild allows, fast enough to be useful in the meeting where the decision is actually being made.

Reporting

  • Own the monthly reporting package: actuals versus budget and forecast, variance analysis, and commentary. AI-drafted first pass, then edited and owned by you.
  • Help prepare materials for leadership and board meetings, including our key metrics and dashboards.
  • Work with the accounting team during month-end close to make sure results are accurate and on time.

Metrics and analysis

  • Own our core SaaS metrics (ARR/MRR, net and gross revenue retention, churn, CAC, and LTV) and keep the definitions consistent.
  • Look at customer, product, and segment profitability and take the findings to the people who can act on them.
  • Build and maintain reports in our BI tools so teams can see the numbers they need, and so that analysts, dashboards and agents all draw on one trusted source rather than several competing ones.

Working with the business

  • Be the finance point of contact for Sales, Marketing, Product, and G&A, helping them manage budgets and understand spend.
  • Partner with Data and Analytics to scope reporting needs, so what we build answers the right questions.
  • Help evaluate the costs and benefits of proposed projects and investments.
  • Handle ad-hoc analysis requests as they come up.

A Little Bit About You

  • A reliable instinct for when a machine-generated answer is wrong. This is a very important qualification for this role.
  • Structured thinking: you can break a vague business question into defined, verifiable steps, which is the same skill that makes an agent work.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in real finance work. You can walk us through something you automated or accelerated, and how you checked the output.
  • Experience building AI-assisted workflows: prompt-based reporting, scripting, or connecting AI tools to finance data sources.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical finance role. We weight demonstrated ability to build with AI as heavily as two additional years of conventional experience.
  • Experience at a SaaS or subscription business, or willingness to get up to speed on the model.
  • A good understanding of common SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, churn, CAC, LTV) and what drives them.
  • Solid financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills. Excel and Google Sheets are output formats here rather than the core skill; the core skill is breaking a FP&A question down precisely enough that an agent can run it reliably and repeatably.
  • A working knowledge of the three financial statements and subscription revenue recognition.
  • The ability to explain financial results clearly to people outside of finance.
  • Comfort with ERP, planning, and BI tools (e.g. NetSuite, Cube, QuickSight, or similar).
  • An understanding of how finance and business systems fit together and how data moves between them, and the ability to scope reporting needs with Data teams.
  • A willingness to work in the open, documenting what you build so that someone else can run it.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience partnering with Sales or RevOps on pipeline, quota, or go-to-market planning.
  • Exposure to headcount and workforce planning alongside the People team.
  • SQL or comfort working with larger datasets.
  • MBA, CFA, or CPA.

Our Stack

  • Every employee has a Claude account. Recurly for billing and Rillet for accounting, both implemented this year. QuickSight for business intelligence.

Share Our Values

  • Customer First
  • Bias for Action
  • High Velocity Decision Making
  • Inclusion
  • Results Focused

Compensation

Our compensation bands are designed to reflect how people grow in their roles. Each level includes three stages: Developing, Proficient and Expert, which represent increasing capability, independence and impact over time.

The compensation range for this role is $95,000 to $110,000 CAD which reflects the Proficient stage of our compensation band for this job level (P3). For United States based applicants, the compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 USD.

Progression into higher stages and job levels may occur over time based on demonstrated performance, mastery of role expectations and overall impact. For specialized or hard-to-fill roles, we may extend offers above the posted range if a candidate brings exceptional experience.

Operator AI Deployment Engineer at Gladly

Designs AI use cases, builds integrations and workflows, and optimizes customer AI deployments to automate experience and reduce handle times.

With over a decade of singular CX focus and trusted by the world’s most customer-centric brands including Crate & Barrel, Breeze Airways, and Ulta Beauty, Gladly was designed for devotion, not deflection: purpose-built to engage customers and turn every conversation into lasting relationship equity. The result is experiences that are radically personal and effortlessly scalable, emotionally intelligent and operationally efficient.

At the heart of our simply powerful platform, Gladly maintains one continuous conversation across all channels while striking the perfect balance of AI and human connection. With 450M+ conversations powered globally, $510M+ cumulative cost savings delivered for customers, and a 65% increase in CSAT, this is a team where your work has real impact at scale. Learn more at www.gladly.ai.

The Team

The AI Deployment Engineering team is the tip of the spear for every new AI rollout at Gladly, working hands-on with our most strategic customers to implement, optimize, and expand their use of our AI. The culture is collaborative and experimental: we solve hard problems together, so this is no place for a lone wolf. You will report to the Manager of AI Delivery and partner closely with Implementation Managers, Professional Services Engineering, and Solution Engineering.

The Opportunity

This role puts you at the center of how Gladly’s top brands adopt AI. You will design AI use cases, build the integrations and workflows behind them, and continuously optimize for the highest possible resolution rates. The goal is simple and high-stakes: help customers automate more of their customer experience, reduce handle time, and get measurably more value from Gladly’s AI all while building end consumer devotion.

You are technical enough to build on your own and polished enough to lead the customer conversation. You can decompose a vague request into a concrete plan, connect  the APIs, write the actions, workflows and guides that make the AI useful, and explain it all back to the customer in plain language. You hold yourself accountable, communicate proactively, and are energized by ambiguity and new technology.

Because this is an emerging discipline, you will help write Gladly’s playbook for what a great AI deployment looks like. It is highly technical and highly customer-facing, and that balance is exactly what makes it work.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for working directly with APIs, java script and AI  the curiosity to solve complex problems, and the initiative to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do

Solution Design & Business Analysis

  • Partner with customers to decompose ambiguous goals into concrete, buildable AI use cases, uncovering hidden complexity and edge cases along the way.
  • Determine whether the data a use case needs is available, identify the right APIs or MCP sources, and secure access.

Integration & Technical Build

  • Use Gladly’s CLI to register APIs on the App Platform, making customer data accessible to Gladly AI and agents.
  • Write app actions in JavaScript to condense large API payloads down to the fields the AI actually needs.
  • Build the workflows and guides that tell Gladly’s AI how to use that information and respond to the customer.

Optimization & Customer Success

  • Own use cases end to end after launch: monitor performance, optimize, and build new use cases that lift assist and resolution rates.
  • Give proactive status updates to customers and the internal team, and partner with SAMs and Implementation Managers to keep goals and timelines aligned.
  • Participate in QBRs and EBRs to show progress and ensure customers are getting measurable value.

Pre-Sales & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with Solutions Engineering on pre-sales demos, and pull in Professional Services Engineering for the most complex custom work.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years in a technical, customer-facing role such as technical account management, solutions or sales engineering, support engineering, professional services, or forward-deployed engineering, ideally in SaaS, AI, or CX technology.
  • Hands-on technical ability: you can read an API payload and write JavaScript to transform it, you understand REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks, and you are comfortable in a CLI. You build things yourself rather than handing them off.
  • Strong business analysis skills: you turn an ambiguous customer goal into clear requirements and a workable solution design.
  • Exceptional English communication (C1-C2 / business fluent), with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and an aptitude for prompt engineering and workflow design.
  • Accountability and proactivity: you make commitments, keep them, communicate status without being asked, and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Based in Colombia, able to work core US business hours or with significant overlap.
  • CX, contact center, or CX SaaS background is a strong plus. Forward-deployed or deployment engineering experience at an AI company is a bonus.

Salary for this role: $40,000 - $54,000 USD (may be paid in USD or COL pesos, depending on COR or EOR contract options - but this is a full-time opportunity)

The cash compensation above includes base salary, and is not reflective of potential commission for employees in eligible roles, or annual bonus targets under Gladly’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all Gladly’s employees are eligible to participate in Gladly’s equity incentive plan to receive stock options per the terms of the agreement. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their career level, skills, experience, specific geographic location qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Why Join Gladly?

Gladly is redefining customer experience AI; we’re designed for devotion, not deflection. We put people at the center of everything we build, from our platform to our culture. When you join us, you’ll enjoy:

  • Competitive salaries, stock options, and comprehensive benefits
  • Generous paid time off, parental leave, and home office stipends
  • A fully remote work environment with opportunities for in-person team gatherings
  • A strong commitment to professional growth and an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives thrive

Operator Senior Architect, Anthropic Enablement at Nimble Gravity

Lead technical pre-sales and enablement for Claude AI implementations, configuring agentic workflows, delivering demos, and designing hands-on training for enterprise engineering teams.

Senior Remote Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Senior Architect, Anthropic Enablement

Remote | US

At Nimble Gravity, we help organizations turn data, AI, and technology into measurable business results. This role sits at the technical core of our Anthropic practice — leading the conversations, demos, and delivery sessions that show clients exactly what Claude Code and Claude Cowork can do, and where the next phase of work lives.

You’ll be the person in the room — often the only Nimble Gravity person in the room — with 20+ engineers or advanced knowledge workers who expect real answers, not a script. You’ll also be in the room earlier than that: on discovery calls and technical scoping sessions, helping prospects understand what’s possible before they’ve signed anything. This is a build-and-teach role. If you haven’t personally configured agentic workflows, written custom skills, or wired up MCP integrations, this isn’t the seat.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead technical pre-sales:Partner with sales and delivery leadership on active opportunities — run technical discovery, scope proof-of-concept builds, and deliver live demonstrations of Claude Code and Claude Cowork tailored to a prospect’s actual environment and workflows.
  • Deliver advanced technical enablement: Design and lead hands-on sessions for 20+ engineers or technical business users at a time — covering agentic coding workflows, custom skills, MCP server integrations, subagent orchestration, permission and tool-access models, and how to fit Claude Code and Cowork into existing engineering practice.
  • Hold technical ground solo: Field detailed questions on architecture, context management, tool permissions, data flow, security posture, and failure modes — live, without deferring to “someone technical” who isn’t in the room.
  • Frame the business case: Work with client stakeholders to identify high-value workflows, map them to what Claude Code and Cowork can actually do, and translate that into a business case business leaders will act on.
  • Spot and scope follow-on work: Treat every workshop and demo as a discovery exercise — identify where a client’s next engagement lives, and feed that directly into proposals, SOWs, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Build reusable technical assets:Create demo repos, sample skills, workshop curricula, and reference architectures that make every future engagement faster to stand up.
  • Navigate regulated environments: Advise financial services, insurance, and other regulated clients on secure, compliant configurations of Claude Code and Cowork — governance, audit trails, and data handling included.
  • Measure what matters: Track technical adoption depth, workshop-to-pipeline conversion, and follow-on scope generated — real numbers, not attendance counts.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, with recent hands-on depth in agentic AI systems — this is a senior architect–level technical role, not an enablement generalist role
  • Deep, current, hands-on fluency with Claude Code and Claude Cowork specifically — configuring skills, MCP servers, subagents, and permission scopes, not just familiarity from the outside
  • A specific, named example of something you’ve built with agentic AI tooling: a custom skill, an MCP integration, a multi-step agent workflow, a CI/CD pipeline with an agent in the loop
  • Proven experience presenting to large (20+) technical audiences and holding your own against skeptical senior engineers with no one else backing you up
  • Pre-sales or technical sales engineering experience — discovery calls, live demos, SOW scoping, or technical proposal input
  • The judgment to translate technical capability into business value, and to spot where automation or agentic assistance unlocks the next phase of a client’s work
  • A track record of turning technical sessions into scoped follow-on engagements — quantifiable in pipeline or expansion revenue, not just satisfaction scores
  • Comfort operating in regulated, enterprise environments, including security and governance review of AI tooling
  • The composure to demo or debug live, in real time, without a script

Strongly Preferred, Not Required

  • Direct experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry
  • Experience as a sales engineer or solutions consultant at an enterprise software or AI company
  • Contributions to internal Anthropic-based tooling — custom MCP servers, shared skill libraries, or agent orchestration frameworks

Operator Senior Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, AI at SentinelOne

Senior engineer who embeds with business departments to rapidly prototype and deploy custom AI applications that automate workflows and solve specific operational pain points.

Lead Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Our Purpose

At SentinelOne, we are driven by a clear purpose: to give the advantage to those who secure our future. As AI reshapes how organizations build, operate, and innovate, the responsibility to protect them becomes more critical than ever. When you join SentinelOne, your work helps protect global enterprises, critical infrastructure, and the technologies shaping tomorrow. If you are motivated by meaningful challenges and want your impact to be real, measurable, and global, you will find purpose here.

About Us

SentinelOne is a company at the intersection of AI and security, pioneering a new operating model for cybersecurity. Our AI-native platform unifies protection across endpoint, cloud, identity, data, and AI systems to deliver autonomous detection and response with clarity and speed. By combining real-time analytics, intelligent automation, and a unified data foundation, we reduce noise, simplify complexity, and empower security teams to focus on what truly matters.

Our teams are builders, problem-solvers, and innovators committed to shaping the future of security. If you are excited to solve hard problems alongside talented, mission-driven people, we invite you to help us build a safer future for humanity.

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.

As a Senior Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, AI, you will be tasked with extending SentinelOne’s engineering capacity directly into the departments that need it most, including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Security, People, Legal, and beyond. Unlike a platform or product engineer working behind a backlog, you will embed with the stakeholders who own a problem, scope it end to end, and ship a working custom application into their hands, often in days or weeks, not quarters. This role blends hands-on full-stack engineering, rapid prototyping with modern AI tools, and the judgment to know when to build, when to reuse, and when to say no.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Embed with a functional department for a defined engagement, running discovery to understand workflows and pain points before writing a line of code.
  • Scope, design, and build full-stack custom applications (not just automations or scripts) using modern frameworks, AI coding assistants, and internal platform APIs, moving from prototype to production quickly.
  • Own delivery end to end including architecture, build, testing, deployment, and the training and handoff that gets a department to actually adopt what you built.
  • Work hands-on in the code alongside AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to compress build cycles, iterating with stakeholders in near real time rather than through long requirements documents.
  • Make explicit trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality as requirements shift, and communicate those trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Partner with IT, Security, and Data teams so every deployed application meets SentinelOne’s standards for data security, compliance, and long-term supportability.
  • Codify recurring patterns, components, and playbooks from each engagement into reusable building blocks for the next department and for the broader engineering organization.
  • Feed field learnings back to platform, product, and data teams covering what worked, what broke, and what the next generation of internal tools should look like.
  • Measure and report success through production adoption and measurable business impact, not lines of code shipped or tickets closed.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 8 or more years of professional software engineering experience with a demonstrated ability to design, build, and ship full-stack applications (frontend and backend) independently.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (Python, Node.js/JavaScript, or comparable) and enough frontend ability to build usable internal tools without waiting on a dedicated design or frontend team.
  • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and LLM-based tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.) to accelerate development, plus a working understanding of APIs, webhooks, data structures, and integration patterns.
  • A track record of working directly with non-technical stakeholders including scoping ambiguous requests, managing expectations, and shipping something real rather than a deck.
  • Comfort operating with significant autonomy and shifting priorities across departments and problem spaces where the right solution is rarely handed to you.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to a functional VP as easily as to a fellow engineer.
  • Prior experience in a forward-deployed, solutions engineering, professional services, or startup generalist role where you owned a project from discovery through production is preferred.
  • Exposure to enterprise security, compliance, or data governance requirements given the internal, security-conscious environment you will be building in is preferred.

Why SentinelOne?

AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment. From day one, we architected an AI-native platform designed to operate at machine speed, not as an add-on to legacy systems but as the foundation itself. If you want to build where innovation and impact move together, this is that place.

  • Ship polished experiences across Slack, web, and other surfaces, combining natural-language interaction with rich, interactive interfaces when chat alone is not enough.
  • Develop evaluation, observability, and feedback systems that measure whether V’s answers and actions are accurate, useful, efficient, and trustworthy.
  • Establish primitives that make it easy for teams across Vercel to contribute new capabilities without creating fragmented agents or inconsistent user experiences.
  • Help define what it means for a company to be operated through an agent and turn what we learn building V into ideas and infrastructure that can eventually benefit Vercel’s customers.

About the Role:

  • You have a track record of openness and adaptability. You have moved into unfamiliar technologies, domains, or responsibilities and learned quickly. This space is changing too quickly for fixed expertise to matter more than curiosity and judgment.

  • Competitive compensation package, including equity.
  • Inclusive Healthcare Package.
  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

Operator AI Prompt Engineer (Skills & Prompts) at Pixalate

Designs and maintains system prompts, agent skills, and evaluation frameworks for production AI agents serving real customers.

Mid Remote Posted 7 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

AI Prompt Engineer (Skills & Prompts)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote, Pakistan

The Role

Pixalate runs AI agents in production against real customer problems: agents that investigate invalid traffic (IVT) for clients, and analytics agents that let customers ask questions of our data directly. These agents are only as good as the instructions and skills behind them.

As an AI Prompt Engineer you own that layer. You will write and maintain the system prompts and the agent skills that decide how our agents behave: what they know, which tools they reach for, when they push back, and, critically, when they stop and ask the user a clarifying question instead of guessing. This is engineering work, not prompt tinkering. You will version your changes, measure them against evaluations, and be accountable for agent behaviour in front of real customers. You will work directly with the team building the IQ Agent and Analytics MCP, the client IVT investigator agents, and the MRT MCP.

What You’ll Do

Build and Own Agent Skills

  • Author and maintain Claude skills and plugins that define agent capabilities and behaviour
  • Design agents that ask clarifying questions and gather requirements interactively, rather than answering one-shot from incomplete information
  • Decide what belongs in a skill, what belongs in a system prompt, and what belongs in a tool
  • Maintain the skill library as products evolve, treating it as a living surface rather than a one-time build

System Prompts for Production Agents

  • Own the system prompts behind Pixalate’s client-facing agents: IVT investigator agents, IQ Agent / Analytics MCP, and MRT MCP
  • Version prompts and skills deliberately, with a clear record of what changed and why
  • Debug real agent failures: wrong tool selection, hallucinated findings, missed clarifying questions, context exhaustion

Evaluation and Measurement

  • Define what “correct” means for each agent and build evaluation suites that test it
  • Build ground-truth datasets from real customer scenarios and measure changes against them
  • Catch regressions before customers do

Context and Tool Design

  • Engineer context strategies: what the agent sees, in what order, within what budget
  • Work with engineering on MCP tool surfaces: which tools exist, how they are described, and how those descriptions drive correct selection
  • Tune for cost and latency as well as accuracy

Safety and Trust

  • Guard against prompt injection, data leakage, and unsafe tool use in customer-facing agents
  • Ensure agents represent Pixalate’s findings accurately and do not overstate confidence

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience building LLM agents that shipped to real users, not prototypes or demos
  • Hands-on work with agent skills, plugins, system prompts, or equivalent agent-behaviour tooling
  • Evidence of evaluation discipline: you can describe an eval suite you built, the ground truth behind it, and a regression it caught. This is the single most important qualification.
  • Strong written English. This role is writing, and the writing is the product.
  • Working proficiency in Python or TypeScript, and comfort reading the codebase your agents run in
  • Understanding of tool-calling / function-calling and how agents select tools
  • Awareness of prompt injection, PII handling, and the failure modes of customer-facing AI
  • Comfortable with some U.S. timezone overlap for team meetings
  • Ad-tech, digital advertising, or fraud-detection exposure is strongly preferred: programmatic, DSPs, SSPs, CTV, or IVT and ad fraud concepts. If you do not have it, you must be prepared to learn the domain deeply in your first 90 days, because agent quality depends on it.
  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers or similar tool-integration standards is a plus
  • Experience with observability and tracing for LLM systems is a plus
  • Experience with retrieval systems and their failure modes is a plus
  • Data analysis background, including SQL and working with large datasets, is a plus

About us

Pixalate is an online trust and safety platform that protects businesses, consumers and children from deceptive, fraudulent and non-compliant mobile, CTV apps and websites.
