Design UX/UI Designer (AI-Native Process) at Flying Bisons

AI-First UX/UI Designer who rapidly generates interactive prototypes using AI tools like Claude, v0, and Magic Patterns, then hands off to craft teams for refinement.

Mid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

About Us

Flying Bisons is a leading Strategic Design & Digital Consulting company based in Warsaw, with projects across Europe and the Middle East. Our mission is to help our clients Unleash Digital Potential™.

We work at scales where real impact happens: enterprise platforms, government services, and corporate ecosystems used by millions of people. Our projects include national workforce platforms (Qiwa, Ajeer), education ecosystems (Madares), major banks (Bank Pekao, Alinma), global telecoms (Ooredoo, Salam), and international brands (KFC, Hebe, NaTemat, Enel-Med).

Our uniqueness comes from going beyond design craft. As we wrote in our manifestos - Strategic Design - Manifest and Strategic Design - The Future of Design - design craft is only 10% of success. The other 90% - the Invisible 90% - is about navigating politics, aligning stakeholders, and protecting fragile visions until they reach reality.

That’s why we’re building the discipline of Strategic Design - and we want you to be part of it.

Role context

This role does not exist yet at most companies.

We are looking for designers who do not start in Figma. You start in Magic Patterns, v0, Cursor, Claude Code or whatever gets you to a working, clickable prototype fastest. You think “generate first.” You talk to your tools. You ship rough, iterate fast and hand off to our craft team for the final polish.

At Flying Bisons, we are rebuilding our design process around a simple principle: interactive prototypes before static screens. Every project, every module.

We need people who can take a brief and produce 70 to 80% of the design as a working prototype, fast, so our senior strategists can focus on what to build, and our craft designers can focus on making it beautiful.

We call this the AI-First Designer role. You are the engine of production in our Pyramid framework. You sit between the people who define the product and the people who polish it to perfection. You generate the bulk of the work. Speed and iteration are your core skills.

Scope of services

  • Joining project teams alongside Strategic and Senior UX Designers, who own strategy and scope, and Top UI Designers, who own visual direction and craft.

  • Starting work when the concept is approved and the scope is locked.

  • Taking module briefs and turning them into interactive prototypes with real interactions, real copy and real edge cases.

  • Using your AI tool of choice to generate working prototypes quickly, probably through talking, not typing.

  • Sharing prototypes with the team asynchronously, collecting feedback and iterating fast.

  • Handing solid prototypes to UI Designers, who take them to 100% in Figma, including design system compliance, pixel perfection, all states and documentation.

  • Building rough interactive prototypes live during concept workshops, so the team can react to something real, not abstract sketches.

  • Helping set the standard for how the rest of the team thinks about AI-first design.

  • Acting as one of the first people in this role at Flying Bisons and helping evangelize this way of working.

What we are looking for

  • You think in a different paradigm. When you hear “design a settings page,” your instinct is not to open Figma and start placing rectangles. Your instinct is to describe what the settings page should do, prompt an AI tool, get a working version and start shaping it from there.

  • You think generation first, refinement second.

  • You are fast. You can go from a text or voice brief to a clickable, multi-screen prototype in under 2 hours.

  • You do not aim for perfection on the first pass. You aim for something real enough that people can click through it and give meaningful feedback.

  • You are fluent in AI design tools. You work regularly with at least 2 to 3 of these: Magic Patterns, v0, Bolt, Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, Figma Make.

  • You know the strengths and weaknesses of different AI design tools, and you know when to switch tools.

  • You understand front-end fundamentals. You do not need to be a developer, but you understand HTML structure, CSS layout, how components work, what is easy and what is hard to implement.

  • You have design sensibility. You are not expected to be a pixel-perfect UI specialist, but you know when something looks wrong, when spacing is off and when a flow does not make sense.

  • You care about the end experience, even at the 70% stage.

  • You can hold product thinking. You understand user stories, flows, edge cases, empty states and error handling.

  • When you generate a prototype, you think about what happens when the list is empty, when the user makes a mistake, when there are 3 items versus 300.

  • You do not just build the happy path.

Nice to have

  • Experience building prototypes, apps, experiments or side projects with AI tools.

  • Experience working in AI-first design workflows.

  • Experience with product, UX, UI or front-end teams.

  • Experience using video or screen recordings to explain your process.

  • Interest in shaping how design teams may work in the next 2 years.

What we do not care about

  • How many years you have spent in Figma.

  • Whether you have a traditional design degree.

  • Whether your portfolio is full of polished static screens.

  • Whether you have worked at a “name brand” company.

What we want to see instead

  • Show us things you have built with AI tools: prototypes, apps, experiments, side projects or anything that demonstrates you think “generate first.”

  • A video of you going from brief to prototype in real time is worth more than 10 Behance case studies.

  • Show us speed. During the interview process, we will give you a real brief and 45 to 60 minutes with your AI tool of choice.

  • We want to see how you think, how you prompt, how you iterate and how many decisions you make per minute.

  • Show us product thinking. When you build a prototype, do you think about edge cases without being told? Do you consider different user types? Do you ask “what happens when…” before we do?

Interview process

No cover letters. No “tell me about a time when…” questions. We want to see how you think and what you build.

The process has four steps:

Step 1: Video application, max 12 min

Record a single video in English with exactly 3 parts:

Part 1: Show us a build, 4 to 5 min

  • Pick one thing you have built with AI tools: a prototype, an app, an experiment or anything similar.

  • Screen-record yourself walking through it.

  • Show the final result and your process: what tools you used, how you prompted, how many iterations it took and what decisions you made along the way.

  • We want to see your thinking, not just the output.

  • Narrate what worked and what did not.

Part 2: Your toolkit, 2 to 3 min

  • Walk us through the AI tools you use daily.

  • Open them and show us your actual workspace: projects, history and components.

  • Explain which tool you use for which task.

  • Tell us what you have tried and abandoned.

  • We are looking for real daily usage, not a list of logos on a slide.

Part 3: Your view on the future of work, 2 to 3 min

  • Talk to us directly, no screen share needed.

  • Answer this question: “What will a design team look like in 2 years, and what role will you play in it?”

  • There is no right answer. We want to hear how you think about where this is all going.

What not to include:

  • Do not show us Figma files unless they are part of a larger AI workflow.

  • Do not walk us through a traditional case study, such as research, wireframes, hi-fi and handoff.

  • Do not spend time on your CV or career history. We will read that separately.

  • Do not go over 12 minutes. If you can say it in 7, even better.

Format:

  • Loom, screen recording or any video format.

  • Upload or send a link.

  • We do not care about production quality. We care about clarity of thinking.

Step 2: Live build session, 60 min

  • We give you a brief.

  • You build a prototype live, sharing your screen.

  • We watch how you think.

Step 3: Product thinking conversation, 30 min

  • We discuss your prototype.

  • What would you change?

  • What edge cases did you skip?

  • How would you approach the next iteration?

Step 4: Culture and team fit, 30 min

  • Meet the team.

  • Talk about how you work, what excites you and where you want to grow.

Role-specific cooperation context

  • A role that does not exist at most companies yet, where you are helping define it.

  • Access to all major AI tools, including paid accounts and enterprise tiers where needed.

  • Working alongside senior strategists and top craft designers, so you can learn from the best while operating in your zone.

  • A company that is going all-in on AI-first design, not just talking about it.

  • Real projects for brands like Mercedes AMG, IKEA, KFC, Żabka, Sanofi and ambitious startups.

Cooperation terms

  • B2B cooperation for independent contractors.

  • Suggested commercial range: 15 000 to 30 000 PLN net + VAT per month, depending on experience, demonstrated AI fluency, expertise, scope and availability.

  • Remote cooperation.

  • Cooperation in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment.

  • Access to selected project tools, systems and environments where required for project delivery, security or client compliance.

We are looking for an ambitious Junior or early Mid-level Designer who wants to grow in an AI-native environment.

You do not need to be an AI expert.

You do not need to know how to code.

And you do not need several years of commercial experience.

What matters much more to us is whether you are curious, willing to experiment, quick to learn and already trying to use AI as part of your design process.

Maybe you have already tested Lovable, v0, Bolt, Figma Make, Cursor, Claude or another similar tool.

Maybe you have built a small app, prototype, landing page or personal project.

Or maybe you are simply the kind of person who sees a new tool and immediately wants to find out what can be done with it.

That is the mindset we are looking for.

At Flying Bisons, you will work alongside more experienced UX, UI and Strategic Designers and learn how to turn briefs, ideas and user needs into interactive solutions.

The goal is not to replace design fundamentals with AI.

The goal is to use AI to design faster, smarter and better.

Scope of services

  • work in project teams alongside more experienced UX, UI and Strategic Designers,

  • help translate briefs, concepts and user needs into user flows and interactive prototypes,

  • use AI to quickly explore different solutions instead of designing every screen from scratch,

  • experiment with tools such as Lovable, v0, Bolt, Figma Make, Cursor, Claude Code and new solutions emerging on the market,

  • create early versions of flows that can quickly be clicked through, discussed and developed further,

  • iterate on solutions based on feedback from more experienced designers and the project team,

  • think about how the whole product behaves, not just about individual screens,

  • consider different states, errors, user actions and edge cases,

  • work in Figma when it is the best tool for the job,

  • develop your ability to combine AI with solid UX and UI fundamentals,

  • gradually build your own AI-native workflow,

  • share interesting tools, experiments and learnings with the team.

Over time, we want you to become increasingly independent in taking a well-defined product problem and turning it into a solid interactive solution.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • has some practical experience with UX/UI or Product Design, gained through commercial work, internships, freelance work, university projects or personal projects,

  • understands basic UX principles and can think about the entire user flow rather than individual screens,

  • has a good visual sense and understands the basics of hierarchy, spacing and interface design,

  • actively looks for ways to use AI to improve or speed up their design process

  • is interested in how AI is changing design and wants to actively develop in this area,

  • is comfortable trying new things even when they do not initially know exactly how to approach them,

  • learns new tools quickly,

  • is open to feedback and comfortable showing work that is still in progress,

  • can explain the reasoning behind their design decisions,

  • thinks not only about how a button looks, but also about what happens after the user clicks it,

  • can communicate comfortably in English in a project environment.

You do not need to meet every requirement perfectly.

If you are at the beginning of your career but already experimenting, building your own things and learning quickly, we would still be very happy to hear from you.

Nice to have

  • built a prototype, small app, website or personal project using AI,

  • experience with tools such as Lovable, v0, Bolt, Figma Make, Cursor, Claude Code or similar,

  • basic knowledge of how websites and digital products are built,

  • basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or general front-end concepts,

  • experience working with developers, Product Managers or researchers,

  • personal projects that demonstrate curiosity and initiative beyond work or university,

  • experience experimenting with different AI models and tools.

None of these are mandatory.

What matters more than years of experience

We are not looking for the person with the longest CV.

We are looking for signs of potential.

What matters most to us is:

  • curiosity,

  • learning speed,

  • product thinking,

  • initiative,

  • willingness to experiment,

  • solid design fundamentals,

  • genuine interest in AI-native design.

A small project that you built yourself and can explain well may tell us more about you than a perfectly polished portfolio.

Short video application

Instead of a traditional cover letter, we would like you to send us a short video in English.

Maximum length: 8-10 minutes.

You do not need to prepare or edit it professionally. A simple screen recording or Loom is absolutely fine.

We would like you to show us two things.

1. Show us something you created, around 5 minutes

Show us one project or experiment where you used AI.

It can be:

  • a prototype,

  • a small app,

  • a website,

  • a university project,

  • a personal project,

  • an experiment,

  • or something you created mainly to learn a new tool.

Briefly tell us:

  • What were you trying to create?

  • Which AI tool did you use?

  • What did AI help you with?

  • What did you change or design yourself?

  • What did you learn while working on it?

The project does not need to be commercial or particularly complex.

We are much more interested in how you approached it.

2. Tell us what you are learning now, around 3 to 5 minutes

Tell us:

What AI tool, workflow or capability are you currently exploring? Show or tell us what caught your attention and what you would like to be able to do with it.

There is no single correct answer.

We simply want to understand what interests you and how you approach learning new things.

A few important things:

  • You do not need professional equipment.

  • You do not need to edit your recording.

  • You do not need a commercial AI project.

  • Please do not show any confidential client materials.

  • You do not need to prepare a presentation.

  • If your project is small, that is absolutely fine.

Show us something real and tell us about it in your own words.

Recruitment process

We want to keep the process simple and straightforward.

Step 1: Short video

You send us your CV, portfolio and the short video described above.

Step 2: HR screening

Around 30 minutes.

Step 3: Design interview

Around 45 minutes with one of our designers.

Optional: Short practical task

In some cases, we may ask you to complete a short practical task if we need one additional data point before making a decision.

Cooperation terms

  • B2B cooperation or umowa zlecenie for candidates with student status

  • remote cooperation.

  • work in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment,

  • access to selected tools, systems and project environments required for project delivery,

  • opportunity to work with experienced specialists across strategy, design, research, product, analytics, technology and delivery,

  • cooperation based on delivery quality, agreed outcomes and clear communication.

  • For long-term B2B collaborators, there may be an option to purchase selected benefits, such as a MultiSport card or enel-med medical packages, on preferential group terms, subject to provider availability and applicable conditions.

  • Possibility to cooperate with experienced specialists from strategy, design, research, product, analytics, technology and delivery areas.

  • The cooperation is based on agreed project outcomes, delivery quality and clear communication.

Briefly tell us:

  • What were you trying to create?

  • Which AI tool did you use?

  • What did AI help you with?

  • What did you change or design yourself?

  • Create clear interaction documentation, design specifications, and implementation guidance.
  • Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and product discussions.

Design Zeta Global: Senior Product Designer, Agentic AI Applications

Senior Product Designer building the core Agentic Applications Framework for an AI-powered marketing platform, designing system patterns and UX for AI-driven features at scale.

Senior Remote Posted 1 day ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Remote - United States

WHO WE ARE

Zeta Global (NYSE: ZETA) is the AI-Powered Marketing Cloud that leverages advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and trillions of consumer signals to make it easier for marketers to acquire, grow, and retain customers more efficiently. Through the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP), our vision is to make sophisticated marketing simple by unifying identity, intelligence, and omnichannel activation into a single platform – powered by one of the industry’s largest proprietary databases and AI. Our enterprise customers across multiple verticals are empowered to personalize experiences with consumers at an individual level across every channel, delivering better results for marketing programs. Zeta was founded in 2007 by David A. Steinberg and John Sculley and is headquartered in New York City with offices around the world. To learn more, go to www.zetaglobal.com.

THE ROLE

We're building Zeta Developer Platform, our next-generation Marketing Operating System, and we need a Senior Product Designer who will be instrumental to its success. This role is a pillar position that bridges design and engineering to create the core foundation of the Agentic Application Framework that will fuel our Zeta Developer Platform experience. You'll partner with our design system team, inform Model Context Protocol (MCP) improvements, and build the foundation—then scale—our Agentic and Vertical Apps infrastructure. You'll join at a pivotal moment where we're raising the bar on quality, speed, and innovation. We're looking for someone who can challenge us in the best way: bringing strong skills in AI, visual design, UX, motion, and coding to push our thinking forward and help us achieve what hasn't been done before.

This is a foundational role for a product that will define our company's future. You won't just be designing features—you'll be architecting how AI-powered apps are built across the entire platform.

  • You're building the foundation, not a feature: Designing the Agentic Apps Framework that powers Zeta Developer Platform end to end

  • AI is core to the product, not an experiment: You'll ship real, production-grade agentic experiences customers rely on every day

  • Design has real leverage here: Your systems, patterns, and processes will enable teams across the company to move faster without sacrificing quality

  • True ownership: Help set standards, define best practices, and shape what "great" looks like as the platform scales

  • Compounding impact: The work you do will influence how apps are built, how teams collaborate, and how Zeta Developer Platform evolves

THE TEAM

We're evolving how we work to reach the next level:

  • Vision over hand-holding leads to more creativity and innovation

  • Empowerment and delegation leads to more accountability and ownership

  • Strategy and clarity means less management, more impact

  • Challenge and growth creates better outcomes through healthy debate

We value people who bring ideas on what we should stop doing, start doing, or change to elevate our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build the Foundation of Agentic & Vertical Apps Own and evolve our Agentic & Vertical Apps experiences in Figma, manage and improve the App Creation Process, and provide quality oversight to guide others who are new to the process. You'll create the systematic foundation that enables consistency, scalability, and exceptional quality across our entire product ecosystem.

  • Partner Closely with Product & Engineering to Shape Apps Work as a core triad partner with Product Management and Engineering to define strategy, scope, and execution—translating complex requirements and technical constraints into clear, intuitive agentic experiences. Iterate and improve on Agentic App concepts to deliver on unique customer use cases.

  • Advance AI-Driven Design Patterns & Model Context Experiences: Inform and evolve Model Context Protocol (MCP) patterns, AI interaction models, and agent behaviors—helping define how users understand, trust, and collaborate with intelligent systems inside a marketing operating system.

  • Raise the Bar on Craft, Motion, and Interaction Quality: Lead by example through strong visual design, interaction design, motion, and prototyping—setting a new quality bar for speed, clarity, and polish across AI-powered workflows and tools.

  • Influence, Mentor, and Scale Design Impact: Act as a force multiplier for the design team by mentoring designers, reviewing work, and challenging assumptions—while creating the systems, interfaces, and processes that enable the company to scale high-quality Agentic Apps with speed, consistency, and confidence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7–10+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent on complex platforms, systems, or tools (B2B, SaaS, or AI-driven products strongly preferred)

  • Demonstrated experience leading foundational or platform-level design work that scales across teams, products, or workflows

  • Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered features, workflows, or systems

  • Proven track record of partnering closely with Product and Engineering in fast-paced environments

  • Experience mentoring designers, influencing standards, and shaping how design work scales—without needing formal management responsibility

Core Skills

  • AI & Agentic Design Fluency: Strong understanding of AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, and emerging interaction patterns, with hands-on experience using AI tools to inform, accelerate, and enhance product design. Comfortable designing experiences shaped by models, context, and automation—not just static interfaces.

  • Systems & Platform Design Expertise: Proven ability to design scalable systems, frameworks, and interfaces that support consistency, flexibility, and speed across complex product ecosystems. Deep experience working in Figma with structured libraries, reusable patterns, and scalable design foundations.

  • End-to-End Product Design Craft: Excellence across UX, visual design, interaction design, and motion, with the ability to design sophisticated workflows that feel intuitive, human, and high-quality—especially in technically complex environments.

  • Strong Product Thinking: Can clearly articulate problem → user job → system behavior → outcome. Comfortable designing flows where intent matters more than screens. Knows when not to add UI.

  • Motion & Micro-Interaction Design: Strong understanding of animation as UX, not decoration. Uses motion to explain system state changes, communicate AI progress and confidence, and reduce perceived latency. Designs micro-interactions for loading → ready, generating → refining, and success/failure/partial results. Motion should make the system feel alive, responsive, and understandable—especially when AI is working in the background.

  • Technical Collaboration & Prototyping: Strong comfort partnering with engineers, understanding technical constraints, and using prototyping (low- and high-fidelity, coded or no-code) to explore, validate, and communicate complex ideas.

  • Design Leadership Without Authority: Ability to influence outcomes through clarity, critique, documentation, and example-setting—raising the bar for quality and consistency across teams without relying on formal management.

Mindset & Approach

  • High Autonomy: Does not need step-by-step direction. Can take a fuzzy problem and drive it to clarity. Comfortable owning an area end-to-end.

  • Strong Judgment: Knows what's important vs. what's nice. Can say "this doesn't need design" or "this isn't worth solving yet." Optimizes for impact, not aesthetics.

  • Clear Communicator: Explains thinking simply to PMs, Engineering, and Leadership. Writes clear rationale, not just design artifacts. Can disagree without being defensive.

  • Comfort with Ambiguity: Does not freeze when requirements are incomplete. Enjoys shaping the problem space, not just executing tickets. Can operate before things are fully defined.

  • Ownership & Accountability: Treats the product like theirs. Follows through. Cares about outcomes, not just delivery.

  • AI-Forward & Curious: Actively experiments with AI tools, workflows, and emerging technologies, and brings that learning back to the team.

  • Quality Advocate with Pragmatic Judgment: Cares deeply about craft and polish while understanding that perfect is the enemy of good. Knows when to push for excellence and when to ship, learn, and iterate.

Design & Systems Tools

  • Figma (expert level): Deep experience with scalable component architecture, variants, auto-layout, design tokens, and shared libraries

  • Rive, FigJam, Figma Slides

AI-Native Design Tools

  • Hands-on, regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs as part of your design workflow—for ideation, exploration, synthesis, critique, and system thinking

AI-Assisted Build & Prototyping

  • Comfort using tools like Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, Claude Code, or similar to prototype and experiment on AI-enabled experiences

  • Familiarity with Storybook, React/Next.js

Motion & Interaction

  • Experience with Rive, Motion.dev, Framer Motion, GSAP, or D3 to design micro-animations and stateful interactions that communicate system behavior and progress

Prototyping

  • Strong comfort with Figma Prototypes, Framer, ProtoPie, or similar to explore behavior, timing, and interaction

Technical Fluency

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend concepts, with the ability to read code, collaborate deeply with engineers, and understand implementation tradeoffs

Collaboration

  • Comfort with modern product development workflows: GitHub, Jira, Linear, Notion, Slack, Confluence

  • Model Context Protocol (MCP)

  • Familiarity with MCP concepts, including how context, memory, tools, and agents influence system behavior and user experience

BENEFITS & PERKS

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Employee Equity

  • Employee Discounts, Virtual Wellness Classes, and Pet Insurance And more!!

You won't just be designing features—you'll be designing the core AI experience.

  • AI is central to how users interact with the product, not an add-on

  • Your work defines how users trust, understand, and rely on the Zeta Developer Platform every day

  • You’re shaping a platform launching at Zeta Live 2026, with impact that compounds over time

  • Design the Zeta Developer Platform Experience: Own and evolve the end-to-end Zeta Developer Platform experience, including conversational interfaces, contextual guidance, and AI-driven workflows that support daily user tasks across the platform.

  • Design Systems Partnership: You’ll work closely with our Design Systems team to create, maintain, and evolve scalable UX and UI patterns for Zeta Developer Platform—ensuring consistency, quality, and flexibility as the platform grows and more teams build on it.

  • Partner Closely with Product & Engineering: Work as a core triad partner with Product Management and Engineering to define strategy, behavior, and execution—translating complex requirements and technical constraints into intuitive, human-centered AI experiences. Confidently present work, rationale, and tradeoffs to partners and leadership to drive alignment and decisions.

  • Advance AI Interaction & Explainability Patterns: Define how Zeta Developer Platform communicates intent, progress, confidence, and limitations—helping users understand, trust, and collaborate with intelligent systems.

  • Raise the Bar on Craft, Motion, and Interaction Quality: Lead by example through strong visual design, interaction design, motion, and prototyping—using motion and micro-interactions to communicate system state, reduce cognitive load, and make AI feel responsive and alive.

  • Scale the Zeta Developer Platform Experience: Identify opportunities to standardize UX patterns, documentation, and behaviors across Zeta Developer Platform—creating consistency while allowing flexibility where needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of product design experience on complex platforms or systems

  • Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or data-informed products

  • Proven track record of close collaboration with Product and Engineering

  • Experience influencing standards, patterns, or systems beyond a single feature

  • Ability to balance craft, speed, and business impact

  • Figma (expert level) — scalable component architecture, design systems, and documentation

  • AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar, used as part of daily design workflows

  • Prototyping tools (Figma Prototypes, Framer, ProtoPie, or similar) for exploring behavior and interaction

  • Motion tools such as Rive or After Effects or similar for stateful interactions and micro-animations

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend concepts

  • Comfort working within modern product development tools and workflow

Core Skills

  • AI & Conversational Design Fluency: Experience designing AI-powered, conversational, or assistive experiences, with a focus on clarity, trust, and responsible presentation of AI output.

  • Systems & Platform Design Expertise: Proven ability to design scalable UX frameworks, patterns, and interaction models that support complex platforms and evolving capabilities.

  • End-to-End Product Design Craft: Excellence across UX, visual design, interaction design, and motion, with the ability to make complex systems feel approachable and usable.

  • Technical Collaboration & Prototyping: Comfort partnering closely with engineers, understanding technical constraints, and using prototyping to explore and validate interaction and behavior.

  • Design Leadership Without Authority: Ability to influence outcomes through clear thinking, strong critique, documentation, and example-setting across teams.

  • Cross-Functional Influence & Communication: Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate design thinking, rationale, and tradeoffs; confidently present work; and influence decisions across design, product, engineering, data, and leadership—especially in complex, ambiguous, or technically dense problem spaces.

Mindset & Approach

  • Ownership-driven leader who takes responsibility for outcomes, not just outputs

  • Customer- and experience-obsessed, especially in AI-driven workflows

Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As a Photo Editor you will produce polished, brand-consistent image files, manage a high-volume workflow, support AI-assisted production, and contribute to floorplan and graphic production where required. You will also be organised, dependable, responsive to feedback and comfortable working to daily deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Perform exposure and colour correction, white balance, contrast and tonal adjustments, sharpening and noise reduction

·       Correct verticals, perspective and lens distortion while maintaining a natural, realistic presentation

·       Complete precise retouching including object removal, clean-up, reflections, minor distractions and other requested corrections

·       Use masks, layers, selections and non-destructive workflows efficiently; where required, complete bracket blending, window/detail balancing and sky replacement while keeping results believable

AI-Assisted Editing & Workflow

·       Use Adobe Firefly and other approved AI platforms to support efficient, high-quality production

·       Apply AI tools with sound judgement - knowing when AI improves the result and when manual editing is required

·        Review all AI-assisted output for artefacts, inconsistencies, unrealistic details or brand-quality issues before delivery

·        Stay current with editing, automation and AI capabilities that can improve speed and consistency

File Handling & Production Management

·       Maintain excellent file-handling discipline across downloads, working files, exports, uploads and archives

·       Follow naming conventions, folder structures, export specifications, version control and delivery procedures exactly

·       Handle large image sets efficiently and ensure no files are missed, duplicated, incorrectly named or delivered in the wrong format

·       Protect client material and maintain strict confidentiality of images, addresses, project information and company files

·       Identify missing, corrupt or unusual files early and communicate issues promptly

Illustrator & Floorplan Production

·       Use Adobe Illustrator confidently for production graphics and studio templates

·       Produce clean, accurate, presentation-ready floorplans from supplied source material, following Impress Photography formatting and branding standards

·       Check labels, room names, linework, alignment, spelling and overall floorplan presentation before delivery; make revisions quickly when requested

Quality Assurance & Team Communication

·       Complete a final quality-control check before every job is submitted

·       Follow written instructions, job notes, examples and feedback precisely

·       Communicate clearly in English when a brief is unclear or a production issue is identified

·       Be receptive to feedback, retain corrections and apply learnings consistently to future work

·       Manage priorities calmly when multiple jobs are due and escalate any risk to deadlines early

·       Participate in strategy and consulting meetings on technical matters – internal and external – for company and client interests

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

·       2–3+ years of professional photo editing experience in a commercial or production environment

·       Strong practical experience with Adobe Photoshop, including colour correction, exposure adjustments, retouching, masking, layers, selections, object removal and image clean-up

·       Good working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom for processing and editing large volumes of images

·       Experience with Adobe Firefly or other AI-assisted photo editing tools is highly desirable, with the ability to review and refine AI-generated results to ensure they meet professional standards

·       Strong visual judgement, with a good eye for colour, exposure, composition, consistency, realism and overall image presentation

·       Ability to work on high-volume image production, with an expected workload of approximately 60–80 images/jobs per day when completed manually, potentially increasing to around 100+ when using AI-assisted workflows

·       Strong file management and production discipline, including organising, naming, processing, uploading and managing large volumes of image files accurately

·       Ability to follow detailed editing instructions, job briefs, mark-ups and established production standards

·       Strong attention to detail while maintaining speed, accuracy and consistency

·       Good written and spoken English communication skills

·       Ability to work independently, manage daily workloads and meet production deadlines

·       Reliable computer equipment and stable internet connection suitable for handling large image files and remote production work

·       Willingness to work according to Australian business/production requirements and quality standards

·       Must be comfortable working as part of a pioneer production team in the Philippines and contributing to the development of the local operation

·       Must have their own working equipment for work
