What this role involves

Our mission: e liminating every barrier to mental health.

Our AI-native platform helps us deliver personalized support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care. As an AI-native company, we believe technology should expand the reach, quality, and humanity of care. Every Spring Health team member is expected to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and keep building AI fluency in ways that support their role and our mission.

Alma, a Spring Health Company, is on a mission to simplify access to high-quality, affordable mental health care. We do this by making it easy and financially rewarding for therapists to accept insurance and offer in-network care. When a provider joins Alma, they gain access to a suite of tools that not only help them better run their business, but also grow it sustainably and develop as a provider. Alma is available in all 50 states, with over 20,000 therapists in our growing network. Anyone looking for a therapist can browse Alma’s free directory. Alma was also named one of Inc’s Best Workplaces in 2022 and 2023.

Candidate Interview Guide

The Vice President, Growth (Consumer) Marketing will lead Alma’s consumer growth engine — driving member acquisition, activation, and lifecycle for the MSO consumer line of business. You’ll set the vision and roadmap for paid and organic growth, build and lead a high-performing team, and partner closely with Product, Data, and Creative to drive growth without owning the funnel or product surface itself. This role reports directly to the COO and carries executive-level visibility on consumer growth strategy. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Seattle, San Francisco, or New York City, minimum of 2 days in-office. If located outside of NYC, quarterly travel will be required.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the full-funnel growth vision and roadmap — paid, owned, earned, and lifecycle — to scale member acquisition efficiently for your line of business.

Build, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing growth marketers and channel leads focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention.

  • Own performance across SEM, paid social, programmatic/display, OLV/OTT, and affiliate, while expanding into new frontiers such as directories and partnership-based growth.
  • Foster a rigorous culture of testing, measurement, and optimization — leveraging analytics, attribution, and incrementality testing to drive decisions, within HIPAA and data privacy constraints.
  • Partner closely with Product, which owns the member funnel and product end-to-end, to keep messaging, targeting, and campaign sequencing tightly aligned with product-led funnel improvements — including continued momentum for HelloAlma.com.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Brand to increase testing velocity across message, audience, and creative assets.
  • Own growth forecasting, budget allocation, and reporting across paid and lifecycle channels for your line of business.
  • Partner with the centralized martech function (spanning systems such as Iterable, Salesforce, Marketo, Growsurf, and the website) to keep acquisition and lifecycle programs well-supported through a period of shared/evolving stack ownership.
  • Stay ahead of emerging channels and technologies — serving as a strategic thought partner to the COO and senior leadership on consumer growth strategy and investment decisions.

What success looks like:

  • Member acquisition: Meet or exceed quarterly goals for new members completing their first visit through marketing-led acquisition.
  • Acquisition efficiency: Scale member growth within target customer acquisition cost and payback thresholds, measuring CAC against completed first visits.
  • Member activation: In partnership with Product, improve the percentage of marketing-acquired members who complete a first visit and reduce time to care.
  • Lifecycle impact: Deliver measurable incremental lift in activation, repeat visits, and reactivation through lifecycle campaigns, validated through controlled testing.
  • Channel diversification: Grow the volume and share of new members acquired through organic, referral, affiliate, and partnership channels while maintaining acquisition efficiency.

Who you are:

  • 8+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in SaaS and/or high-growth environments, including senior leadership experience owning a consumer acquisition P&L at scale.
  • Deep familiarity with consumer growth dynamics and full-funnel strategy.
  • A track record of building and developing high-performing growth marketing teams.
  • Experience deploying AI-forward or AI-native marketing strategies and tooling.
  • A data-driven approach, with hands-on experience running structured experiments, A/B tests, and building repeatable playbooks from insights.
  • Strong MarTech and attribution fluency, including working effectively with a centralized/shared martech stack, incrementality testing, and privacy-preserving measurement.
  • A clear, direct communicator who can translate performance marketing topics for executives and non-expert stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating with some ambiguity around shared infrastructure ownership (martech stack, funnel dependencies with Product).

Benefits:

  • We’re a remote-first company
  • Health insurance plans through Aetna (medical and dental) and MetLife (vision), including FSA and HSA plans
  • 401K plan (ADP)
  • Lifestyle Spending Account for health, wellness, and family care
  • Monthly co-working space membership stipend
  • Monthly work-from-home stipend
  • Financial wellness benefits through Northstar
  • Pet discount program through United Pet Care
  • Financial perks and rewards through PerkSpot
  • EAP access through Aetna
  • One-time home office stipend to set up your home office
  • Inclusive family and medical leave plans
  • 12 paid holidays and 1 Alma Give Back Day
  • Flexible PTO

The target base salary range for this position is $213,300 - $262,500. All Alma jobs are listed on our careers page. We do not use outside applications or automated text messaging in our recruiting process. We will not ask for any sensitive financial or identification information throughout the recruiting process. Any communication during the recruitment process, including interview requests or job offers, will come directly from a recruiting team member with a helloalma.com email address.

Marketing Account-Based Marketing Manager at Shopmonkey

Runs enterprise account-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels, coordinates cross-functional teams, and measures pipeline impact for B2B SaaS.

Mid Hybrid Posted 6 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

As the ABM Manager at Shopmonkey, you’ll own our enterprise ABM program targeting Multi-Shop Operators (MSOs) and multi-location auto service businesses. The program is newly launched — strategy and foundation built, acquisition campaigns live for a few weeks — so you’ll contribute inside a moving motion right away, then shape and scale it as your own. You’ll bridge Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to accelerate enterprise sales cycles. We’re hiring as much for curiosity, aptitude, and growth potential as for experience. If you don’t check every box below but learn fast and want to build, we would still want to hear from you. Please note for candidates based in the San Francisco Bay area, this would be a hybrid role with 2 days/week in our Larkspur, CA office.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the program: Run tiered 1:1,1:Few, and 1:Many campaigns end to end — calendar, briefs, timelines, and coordination across internal teams and vendors.
  • Direct the channels: Set channel strategy and audiences across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and direct mail, partnering with our Paid Media Manager, who owns campaign build and optimization, as well as our Lifecycle Manager who owns email and SMS sequences.
  • Create the content: Build the assets that power the program — downloadables, personalized landing pages, and direct mail kits — with Product Marketing and Sales.
  • Own the data strategy: Drive target account lists, enrichment, and data quality with Sales and Marketing Ops, and partner with MOps on account scoring and instrumentation (you define what’s needed; they build it).
  • Measure and report: Track account engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI. Build exec-level visibility into the program — dashboards and recurring readouts that keep revenue leadership informed and bought in.

We Are Looking For People Who Have:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, including hands-on ABM or account-targeted campaign work.
  • Experience marketing to Mid-Market or Enterprise buyers with multi-stakeholder sales cycles; selling to multi-location businesses (automotive, field services, franchises) is a strong plus.
  • Strong project management and communication skills — essential for this role . You keep multi-workstream, cross-functional programs on schedule with clear owners, and you communicate crisply in writing and in the room, from campaign briefs to exec readouts.
  • Fluency in the core ABM channels — LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, direct mail, email, SMS — enough to set strategy and brief specialists well; console experience is a plus, not required.
  • Strong analytical skills, including B2B web analytics (GA4, UTMs, account-level vs. contact-level measurement), and experience building performance dashboards (HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, or similar) that give leadership a clear view of the program.
  • Comfortable partnering with Ops on CRM and scoring tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Fast learner, energized by early-stage ambiguity and a new vertical.

Nice to Have:

  • Vertical SaaS or automotive industry experience; familiarity with account-level attribution tools (Dreamdata, 6sense, or similar).

In the United States the range for this role is typically an OTE of $120,000 to $132,000 + equity + benefits. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors.

Marketing VP, Growth Marketing at Later

VP leads a 12+ person growth marketing team owning product marketing, paid media, SEO, email, CRO, and ABM to drive pipeline and revenue across customer lifecycle.

Exec Hybrid Posted 11 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Later is the world’s most intelligent influencer marketing company, built to give brands the confidence to create unforgettable campaigns. By combining real creator relationships, trusted intelligence, and expert guidance, Later removes fear and guesswork from one of marketing’s most visible investments.

Built on a native, AI-powered platform and more than a decade of proprietary data—including billions of social interactions, impressions, and $2.4B+ in verified influencer-driven purchases—Later helps teams understand what will work before they launch.

By combining trusted insight with expert guidance, Later removes guesswork from influencer marketing, enabling brands to choose the right creators, execute fully managed campaigns, and drive meaningful growth across awareness, engagement, and revenue. Trusted by leading enterprise brands including Nike, Wayfair, Unilever, and Southwest Airlines, Later bridges creativity and performance so campaigns don’t just look good—they deliver results. Learn more at later.com.

About this position:

We’re looking for a VP of Growth Marketing to own the marketing to revenue generation engine. This is a player-coach role: you’ll lead a team of 12+ product marketers, marketing channel experts, and growth marketers, owning product marketing for both our brand and creator audiences and, on the growth side, paid media, SEO/AEO, email and in-app lifecycle, CRO and web, and ABM. You’ll also carry work yourself, building the model, writing the brief, reading the attribution, and stepping directly into a channel when it needs a senior operator. You’ll own the growth marketing budget and be accountable for driving measurable action across the full customer journey, acquisition, retention, expansion, and reactivation, and for pipeline, signups, and revenue across all three lines of business (Later Influence, Later Social, and Creator/Affiliate). You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Web, and you’ll have regular exposure to executive leadership. This role is ideally a hybrid position with 3 days in office in our Boston or New York hubs, but remote applicants are considered.

What you’ll be doing:

Growth strategy and ownership

  • Own Later’s growth marketing strategy end to end, connecting product marketing, demand generation, and lifecycle into one plan tied to pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Own and allocate the growth marketing budget across channels, defending investment decisions with clear efficiency, payback math, and investment increase recommendations.
  • Work with your Growth Marketing Managers to establish and refine the goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks the function is measured on, and make the tradeoffs visible to senior leadership and executive teams.
  • Refine and build net new differentiated growth motions for each line of business, recognizing that enterprise SLG, self-serve social signups, and creator acquisition do not respond to the same playbook.
  • Set the annual and quarterly planning rhythm for the team, and connect it to the broader marketing calendar.

Team leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of roughly a dozen marketers across three groups: product marketing, digital marketing channel experts, and growth marketers.
  • Set clear ownership and success criteria for each person so channel specialists and segment-facing marketers pull in the same direction.
  • Raise the technical bar of the team on measurement, experimentation, and marketing technology.
  • Make thoughtful hiring and structure decisions as the org evolves, including new roles.
  • Create a culture of testing and learning where a failed experiment with a clean read is treated as a win.
  • Make AI a working part of how the team operates, setting the standard for where it accelerates research, campaign analysis, and lifecycle personalization, and where it doesn’t, so the team ships more efficiently without lowering the bar.
  • Work as a player-coach: own a channel or program directly when the team has a gap, and stay current enough in the tools that your feedback is specific rather than directional.

Channel and campaign execution

  • Direct paid media strategy across paid social, paid search, video, and display, holding the team accountable to efficiency targets.
  • Guide SEO and AEO strategy as search shifts toward AI answer engines, protecting and growing Later’s organic visibility.
  • Own strategy across email and in-app for both brand and creator audiences, driving signup to paid conversion, activation, and retention.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization and web strategy in partnership with Web and Product, treating later.com as a performance surface rather than a brochure.
  • Partner with the ABM and enterprise marketers to optimize existing and build net-new account-based programs that Sales actually uses, with a clean handoff and a shared definition of a qualified lead.
  • Partner with the creator sales team to optimize existing and build net-new ABM motions for mid to top tier creators
  • Ensure brand and product marketing work reinforces demand rather than running parallel to it.

Measurement and experimentation

  • Own attribution and marketing measurement in partnership with RevOps and MarketingOps, and continuously improve the accuracy of multi-channel impact.
  • Lead a quarterly testing roadmap tied to specific business metrics, with documented hypotheses, test design, and results.
  • Go deep on campaign and ad group performance while also summarizing clearly for an executive audience.
  • Ensure data flows cleanly between CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools so decisions rest on numbers the team trusts.
  • Optimize our always on conversion funnel for each line of business. Proactively identify and close gaps in the funnel.

Cross-functional partnership

  • Partner with Sales and RevOps on pipeline targets, lead quality, routing, and a seamless handoff process.
  • Work with Product and Product Marketing so campaigns reflect real product capability and land in step with launches.
  • Collaborate with the Creator team so creator acquisition and education programs feed the same growth model as brand demand.
  • Represent growth marketing performance to senior leadership with clarity about what is working, what is not, and what you are changing.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with experience owning a multi-million dollar budget and a revenue number.
  • 5+ years leading and developing marketing teams, including managing managers or senior specialists through ambiguity and change.
  • A genuine player-coach: you’ve led a team and personally owned execution at the same time, and you’re still close enough to the tools to build the model or run the campaign yourself.
  • Depth in paid media, SEO and AEO, lifecycle and email, and web CRO
  • Proven track record building and scaling demand in B2B SaaS, PLG, or marketplace environments, ideally with both enterprise and self-serve motions.
  • Strong command of measurement: attribution modeling, experiment design, and funnel analysis, with comfort in tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Looker, or Mode.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (for example Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, Iterable, or Braze).
  • Clear, direct communication with both a working team and an executive audience, including the ability to defend a plan and change your mind on evidence.
  • Experience marketing to or through creators, or in the social, influencer, or commerce space, is a bonus.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales on ABM or enterprise pipeline is a bonus.

How you work:

  • Driven by Impact: You deliver results that matter—prioritizing high-value work, meeting deadlines, and adapting quickly while keeping outcomes clear.
  • Strategic & Customer-Centric: You anticipate risks and opportunities, connect decisions to long-term growth, and build trust through proactive insights.
  • Curious & Growth-Oriented: You seek knowledge, ask sharp questions, and apply learnings fast—challenging the status quo with a mindset of improvement.
  • Collaborative & Resilient: You thrive in change by staying resourceful, solution-focused, and positive—removing roadblocks, sharing insights, and keeping morale high.
  • Accountable & Honest: You own your work, hold yourself and others to a high bar, and use transparent feedback to drive growth.
  • Emotionally Intelligent: You build trust through empathy and collaboration, foster inclusion, and inspire others with grit, optimism, and integrity.

Our approach to compensation:

We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.
