Develops and executes multi-year strategic direction for an ad-tech company, evaluates product/investment opportunities, and translates strategy into cross-functional initiatives.
MGID is a global advertising technology company and pioneer in native advertising, operating a programmatic platform that connects advertisers and publishers across 200+ countries. The company runs a real-time bidding (OpenRTB) business model with AI-powered targeting and content recommendation widgets, serving hundreds of millions of users monthly.
MGID is seeking a Strategy Manager to help define and execute the company’s multi-year strategic direction, with a strong focus on shifting from a product-led to a customer-value-led mindset, evaluating strategic product and investment opportunities, and cascading strategy into prioritized, cross-functional initiatives.
This role sits within a fast-moving, data-driven ad-tech environment and reports to the COO.
Role Purpose
The Strategy Manager will act as a key strategic partner to the COO and leadership team, responsible for shaping MGID’s medium- to long-term strategy, evaluating strategic options for products and markets, and ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into concrete, prioritized projects with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
Who You Are:
10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or related roles within international tech scale-ups or high-growth environments; ad-tech or programmatic advertising experience is a strong plus.
Proven track record in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Big Four strategy practices) or equivalent strategic role in a tech company.
Hands-on experience preparing and presenting successful strategic cases with visible internal impact, such as new market entry, product portfolio optimization, or major investment decisions.
Strong financial modeling skills, including practical experience with valuation methods such as DCF, NPV, and IRR, and the ability to build and maintain investment models in Excel.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, commercial, data/BI, and operations leaders in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to influence senior audiences and drive alignment across geographies.
Self-starter mindset: ready to operate as an individual contributor who can both design strategy and execute hands-on.
What You’ll Do:
Corporate & Product Strategy
Lead the identification and articulation of MGID’s overall strategy and strategic direction for the next 3–5 years, aligning with business focus and growth trajectory.
Evaluate strategic perspectives for specific products and portfolios, assessing market exposure, competitive dynamics, and growth potential.
Support the shift from a product-led to a customer-value-led company by embedding customer-centric frameworks into strategic planning, prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
Investment & Business Evaluation
Lead evaluations of stand-alone investment opportunities, including new products, markets, partnerships, and M&A, and prepare robust business cases with clear financial impact assessments.
Own and evolve company evaluation models, including DCF, NPV, IRR, and scenario analysis, and ensure consistent application across strategic and investment decisions.
Support participation in accelerators and corporate venture initiatives to identify and select startup investments that drive business growth and strategic synergy.
Strategy Execution & Prioritization
Cascade corporate strategy into granular projects and initiatives, working closely with the CPO, CRO, and BI Director on prioritization, resourcing, and sequencing.
Define KPIs and performance frameworks to track strategy implementation and outcomes, and establish governance and reporting routines for strategic workstreams.
Monitor progress, adapt plans in response to changing market conditions, and recommend corrective actions to keep strategic initiatives on track.
Strategic Analysis & Advisory
Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to inform strategic choices and identify opportunities and risks.
Facilitate scenario planning and stress testing to assess strategic resilience under different market and regulatory conditions.
Present strategic recommendations and status updates to senior leadership, influencing decision-making with clear, evidence-based insights.

Head of Product owns end-to-end product strategy, discovery, and PRD writing for an AI-powered Meta ads management platform, translating customer needs into engineering priorities.
Headquarters: Tampa, Florida
URL: https://koast.ai
Head of Product | Contract, 20 hrs/week to start, growing into full-time | Remote (US overlapping hours) | Reports to the CEO
Koast is the AI operating layer for teams that run Meta ads at volume. Agencies, in-house media buying teams, and enterprise buyers managing 10+ ad accounts and launching 50+ ads a week use Koast to launch faster, automate optimizations off real attribution data, and see every account from one hub. The Koast Agent is the next layer: an AI that reads the account, spots what matters, and acts inside guardrails.
We are a small team shipping fast. The product is live, customers are paying, a Whop partnership just onboarded a wave of new users, and the Agent build is underway. What we do not have is one person who owns the product end to end: what gets built, why, in what order, and whether it actually landed.
That is this role. It starts at 20 hours a week on contract. If you are the right person, it becomes the full-time product seat at Koast.
Discovery that finds the real problem. You will sit in on enterprise sales calls and onboarding sessions, run discovery with agencies and media buying teams, and figure out what they are actually trying to get done versus what they say they want. Every feature request gets mapped to a job: launching smoother, getting their team in, getting tasks done, keeping users active and growing spend inside Koast. If it does not serve a job, it does not get built.
Specs that engineering can execute without a meeting. We run a lean engineering team plus an AI-assisted dev pipeline. That only works when the ticket is unambiguous. You will write PRDs and Shortcut tickets that define the behavior, the edge cases, the data dependencies (Meta API limits, Hyros and Cometly attribution feeds, Whop account provisioning), and the acceptance criteria. If an engineer or an agent has to guess, the spec was not done.
The queue, and what is missing from it. You own the Up Next column. You will keep engineering fed so they are never blocked, and you will keep a standing view of what is discussed in Slack, support, and QA that does not yet have a ticket. Gaps are your problem before they become customer problems.
Evidence over opinion. PostHog, Intercom, session replays, rage clicks, support threads. You will run the user-behavior audit, know where people drop off in launching, and bring numbers to every prioritization argument, including the ones with the CEO.
Delivery from spec to shipped. Governance, milestones, release notes, and the customer conversation after it ships. When something breaks or slips, you are the one who says so early, not the one who explains it after.
Technical judgement in a non-deterministic product. The Koast Agent makes decisions off data that is noisy, seasonal, and shaped by Meta's learning phase. You will make product calls that respect that: what the Agent is allowed to do, what it must never do, how we measure whether an automated action was correct. Guardrails are infrastructure here, not UI. You need to understand why.
Small team, high trust, no theater. Decisions are made with numbers, written down, and revisited when the numbers change. These are the values we run on. If they sound like you, you will fit right in.
Record a Loom, five minutes or less, covering these four things in order:
Email the Loom link and your LinkedIn or resume to jobs@koast.ai with the subject line "Scale with Koast".
No cover letters. We watch the Loom first and read the resume second. Applications without the video are not reviewed.

Senior Product Manager leads product strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution at a global talent marketplace.
Sets technical direction for cloud architecture across global customer engagements while building reference architectures and service offerings that scale the practice.
About the role
Rubrik Professional Services is hiring a Global Solutions Architect to serve as our most senior technical authority for public cloud. This is a global, individual-contributor role at Technical Director level. You will set the architectural direction for how Rubrik is designed, deployed, and operated in the world’s most demanding cloud environments — and you will carry that direction personally into our most strategic customer engagements.
You will be deployed where technical risk is highest: flagship accounts, first-of-a-kind architectures, and the engagements whose outcome sets the pattern everyone else follows. Between those engagements, you will convert what you learned into the reference architectures, service offerings, and enablement that raise the capability of every architect and consultant in the field. Your impact is measured by the quality of the practice you leave behind, not the hours you personally bill.
We are looking for depth in public cloud architecture first. Deep Rubrik product expertise is expected to be built on the job. If you have architected large-scale data, storage, or security platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and you can learn a new platform quickly and completely, we want to talk.
What you will do
Set technical direction
Lead the hardest engagements
Serve as trusted advisor to customer CIO, CTO, Chief Architect, and CISO stakeholders, and defend design decisions in front of customer architecture review boards

Senior PM owns the vision and roadmap for Remote's benefits administration platform, managing product strategy, migrations, and integrations across global payroll systems.
Remote is solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease. We make it possible for businesses of all sizes to recruit, pay, and manage international teams. With our core values at heart and future focused work culture, our team works tirelessly on ambitious problems, asynchronously, around the world. You can find Remoters working from 6 different continents (Antarctica left to go!) and all of our positions are fully remote.
With Innovation as one of the core values, we have built Automation and AI capabilities into the requirements for every role.
We encourage every member of the Remote team to bring their talents, experiences and culture to the table to help us build the best-in-class HR platform.
If you are energetic, curious, motivated and ambitious, be part of our world. Apply now and define the future of work!
Benefits at Remote is becoming the provider-agnostic, payroll-correct, compliance-monitored infrastructure layer that sits underneath every way Remote employs someone — Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO — and, increasingly, underneath any external HR system a customer brings. It stops being a standalone module people click through and becomes a layer other systems build on top of: invisible when it works, indispensable when it doesn’t.
Near term, this is a deeply integration-heavy role. You’ll take over a live, high-stakes book of work: migrating benefit costs onto a unified payroll system across multiple carrier and broker paths, standing up retirement plan administration for US global payroll, building provider-agnostic cost ingestion so any customer can bring their own broker or carrier, making benefits data flowing out of clients’ own HR systems land correctly in payroll, and resolving benefit-cost data-integrity incidents that touch real employee paychecks. This is hands-in-the-data work: reconciliation logic, eligibility files, settlement thresholds, migration sequencing.
Longer term, this is a full-scope experience and unification role. As Remote consolidates fragmented, product-by-product benefits tooling into one administration platform, one cost-ingestion pipeline, and one source of truth, you’ll own the vision and roadmap for making benefits behave consistently everywhere — the same primitives (offers, costs, enrollment, providers, statuses) working the same way across 90+ countries and across Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO, and HRIS-connected customers alike. You’ll also own how that layer shows up for non-human consumers — APIs and agent-facing tooling — not just for people in a UI.
This is a senior, high-autonomy role reporting into Product leadership, with regular exposure to Engineering, Payroll Operations, Partnerships, Finance, and Legal/Compliance.
Nice to have
Own the Benefits infrastructure strategy — near-term integrations, long-term unification
Lead complex, cross-functional integration delivery
Build a seamless benefits experience across products
Own data integrity across partner integrations
Manage the partner portfolio
Communicate and align
Remote’s Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. We do not agree to or encourage cheap-labor practices and therefore we ensure to pay above in-location rates. We hope to inspire other companies to support global talent-hiring and bring local wealth to developing countries.
At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
At Remote, we foster internal mobility as a key element of our culture of employee growth and development, supported by a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity and fairness. Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is
$59,900—$151,650 USD
Our full benefits & perks are explained in our handbook at remote.com/r/benefits. As a global company, each country works differently, but some benefits/perks are for all Remoters:

Senior Product Manager owns integration strategy and execution, bringing AI agents and screening products to market through ATS, HRIS, and HCM platform integrations.
KarmaCheck is the leader in modern background checks and screenings for the staffing industry, pushing the boundaries of workflow automation. Our customers work in ATS, VMS, and HRIS platforms which utilize our integrations and API to run screening, verification, and credentialing workflows without switching systems.
We are building an AI workforce: agents that automate the compliance workflows our customers run. Those products reach their full value when they show up inside the systems our customers already use. Building an agent in our own dashboard is the first half of the work. Getting it into Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, Workday, or a customer’s proprietary system is the unlock.
This role owns that unlock, alongside additional workflow automation development, and the day-to-day integration products our customers depend on. The ideal hire can commit to working Eastern Time (EST).
$160,000 - $180,000 a year
- Become a key team member on the ground floor of a startup disrupting the background check industry and innovating digital identity
- 100% remote work environment with only limited required travel
- Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, HSA, and FSA
- $50 monthly allowance for physical/mental wellness
- Unlimited time off policy
- The expected base compensation for this role is between $160,000 - $180,000 per year for work performed in the United States. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include seniority level, experience level, transferable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

Associate Director owns product strategy workstreams, develops frameworks and roadmaps, facilitates stakeholder alignment, and applies AI tools to research, synthesis, and deliverables.
The Associate Director, Product is a developing senior practitioner who owns strategy workstreams within larger engagements and is taking on growing client relationship responsibility. This person works confidently across the full range of strategic product work with growing independence and is building the presence and judgment to lead in the room. They are accountable for ensuring that strategy doesn’t stop at the recommendation — that the thinking is clear, sequenced, and grounded enough for a team to act on it — and are increasingly the person who bridges that gap in practice. They use AI tools actively and independently across research, synthesis, prototyping, and deliverable creation — with developing judgment about where tools strengthen the work and where they introduce risk. They are also beginning to bring that perspective into client conversations, surfacing where AI can help clients move faster or build more durable internal capability.

Product Manager shapes strategy for AI-native reliability and monitoring tools, partnering with leadership to define product vision and direction in the DevTools space.
(Fully remote, async-first, DevTools SaaS, 40h/week, time zones: UTC-3 to UTC+3)
The best developers don’t wait for a customer to tell them something’s broken.
They catch it first, in the pull request, in staging, or in the checkout flow at 3am, before a single user notices. That instinct is Checkly’s whole reason to exist. We give developers and their agents the tools to own reliability the way they own their code: monitoring defined as code, powered by OpenTelemetry and Playwright, versioned and reviewed like everything else they ship. From pull request to post-mortem, in one place.
Thousands of them, from modern AI companies like Mistral and resolve.ai to large engineering orgs like LinkedIn, Citi, and 1Password, build with us. Now we need a PM who wants to take that further, in a market being rewritten in real time.
Here’s the thing about 2026: AI agents and coding assistants are shipping more software, faster, than any team could review by hand, and more of it is breaking in ways nobody has seen before. LLM-backed features fail probabilistically. Agents take actions no runbook anticipated. “Is my app healthy?” is becoming an unanswerable question for a whole generation of AI-native software. Nobody has really figured out what reliability means for this kind of software yet. That’s the problem you’d own.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for empowering developers and designers to solve customer problems. You will work directly with our SVP Product Engineering Daniel.
You will:
Shape company and product strategy alongside our SVP of Product Engineering. It’s a genuine partnership: you’ll develop the vision for where Checkly goes next, decide where we play in the AI testing, monitoring, and observability landscape and where we don’t, and turn that into a direction. You build the strategy with us, not execute someone else’s.
Shape Checkly’s point of view on reliability in an AI-native world: how teams monitor AI-generated code, agent-driven workflows, and LLM-backed features
Lead initiatives across Product Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and represent Checkly directly to customers and in developer communities.
Live in the product and the problem. Empathy for DevOps, SRE and Platform Engineering isn’t a line item. It’s the job.
You ship with AI where it helps and know when not to. You don’t just talk about it.
You’ve built software before this. You’re an ex-engineer, ex-founder, or ex-solutions engineer who has written real code and shipped real things, and now you want to own the product. This one’s non-negotiable: you should be able to reason about APIs, MCPs, CLIs, and how systems fit together without a translator.
You’ve worked in a startup, not just a big company. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, small teams, and owning outcomes end to end. You don’t need a big-company machine around you to be effective.
You’ve built technical products, ideally developer tools. Adjacent technical products count. Experience in monitoring or observability is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
New to the PM title? That’s fine. If you’re coming from a founding or solutions-engineering seat and want to go all-in on product, we want to hear from you.
You’re technical enough to be dangerous with AI tooling. You can prototype in code, throw together a mock, or pressure-test technical viability yourself when it moves things forward.
FULLY remote role, within the UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones. Need to be able to travel to (other) European countries without having to wait for a visa appointment.
We would rather tell you now than have you find out in month two.
We use AI for everything, and we mean everything. AI skepticism is not a thing here. If you have the slightest hesitation about working with AI every day, this is not the place for you, and that is completely fine.
We write more than we talk. We are async-first, so a lot of decisions happen in documents and threads, not meetings. If you do your best thinking out loud in a room full of people, you will miss it here.
We are lean, so you own the boring parts too. There is no PM ops layer to delegate the unglamorous work to. You will do strategy one hour and clean up a messy spec the next.
We ship constantly and change our minds. Priorities move as we learn from customers. If you need long, stable planning cycles, this will feel chaotic.
Customer signals come first, and most of the time they beat your gut. We build what customers actually want, not the clever thing we dreamed up. Earn it by making customers happy, and then there is room for the moonshots. If you want to lead with your own bold bets, you will find this frustrating.
Transparent salary because your salary shouldn’t be dictated by how good a negotiator you are. (more info below)
Remote-first, flexible work hours, async-first (low meeting, high productivity) and transparent culture
Become part of a fast-growing, international, and remote team where your work matters, and your impact won’t get lost in layers of bureaucracy.

Owns product strategy, UX design, and prototyping for AI-powered work intelligence features, balancing customer discovery with hands-on design and technical feasibility decisions.
ActivTrak is building the next generation of work intelligence products powered by conversational AI and the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This role owns Work Advisor’s add-on MCP capability, consumption-based pricing for AI features, and expansion packs, the product line that makes ActivTrak’s data usable through LLMs and agentic tools rather than dashboards alone.
We’re looking for someone who can move fluidly between product strategy and hands-on UX and prototyping. You’ll define what we build and why, shape how it feels to use, and get close enough to the code and MCP tooling to make sharp calls about feasibility, without needing to hand off every decision to a designer or engineer first.
This role is fluid by design. Some weeks you’ll be deep in customer discovery and roadmap tradeoffs. Others you’ll prototype a new MCP tool flow or review pricing mechanics with engineering. The through line is ownership: you drive clarity from problem to shipped product.
We’re starting this as a contract engagement so both sides can confirm fit before committing to a permanent role. We expect to make a conversion decision around [milestone or timeframe].
