What this role involves

Sales Manager (Outside Sales | MSP & IT Services)

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote

Location: Remote (must have real-time overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours)

Reports To: CEO

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) through the complete B2B sales cycle.

This is not an SDR management role.

Instead of focusing solely on prospecting activity, you’ll own the entire sales motion—from pipeline generation and discovery through presentations, negotiations, closing, and account development—while coaching your team to consistently improve performance.

We’re looking for a leader who has personally carried a quota, built pipeline, closed deals, and understands what it takes to succeed in consultative B2B sales. If you’ve successfully transitioned from top-performing salesperson to hands-on sales leader and enjoy developing high-performing teams, this role is an excellent fit.

What You’ll Own

Full-Cycle Sales Leadership

  • Lead and coach Outside Sales Representatives across the complete sales cycle.

  • Support reps through:

    • Prospecting
    • Pipeline generation
    • Qualification
    • Discovery
    • Solution presentations
    • Objection handling
    • Negotiation
    • Closing
    • Account nurturing
  • Drive consistent execution of the sales process while improving win rates and sales effectiveness.

  • Create structured playbooks, coaching guides, and best practices.
  • Standardize sales methodologies across the team.
  • Continuously improve workflows based on performance data and market feedback.

AI-Driven Sales Management

  • Leverage AI tools to improve coaching, sales execution, and operational efficiency.

  • Build and manage workflows using tools such as:

    • Claude Projects
    • Claude Code
    • Claude Cowork
  • Analyze sales calls, pipeline data, and team performance using AI.

  • Use AI to create and continuously improve sales documentation and playbooks.

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Monitor pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure CRM data remains accurate and up to date.
  • Track key sales metrics and coach toward continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with leadership to align sales strategy and business goals.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams.
  • Support ongoing improvements to messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle B2B sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading Outside Sales Representatives—not just SDR or appointment-setting teams.
  • Personal experience carrying a sales quota and closing complex B2B deals.
  • Experience generating your own pipeline, running discovery calls, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing business.

Industry Knowledge

  • Strong background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) or IT Services is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of consultative technology sales processes.

AI & Technology

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools within daily sales operations.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Eastern business hours.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience selling or managing sales teams within:

    • Managed IT Services
    • Cybersecurity
    • Cloud Solutions
    • Professional Services
  • Experience building high-performing remote sales teams.

  • Familiarity with modern CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.

  • Experience implementing AI-driven sales enablement strategies.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Proven full-cycle B2B sales leader.
  • Strong consultative selling mindset.
  • Excellent coach who develops people through structured feedback.
  • Process-oriented while remaining adaptable.
  • Comfortable balancing live coaching with asynchronous development.
  • Curious, technology-driven, and enthusiastic about AI.

  • Develop and improve sales playbooks using AI tools.
  • Analyze sales metrics and identify coaching opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and process improvements.

In short: You build high-performing sales professionals by coaching every stage of the sales cycle while continuously improving the team’s processes, tools, and performance.

Key Metrics for Success (KPIs)

  • Team quota attainment.
  • Pipeline growth and health.
  • Opportunity-to-close conversion rate.
  • Sales cycle efficiency.
  • Forecast accuracy.
  • CRM hygiene and pipeline management.

Why Join Us?

  • Lead a full-cycle B2B sales organization.

  • Work directly with executive leadership.

  • High ownership over sales performance and coaching.

  • Opportunity to shape sales processes using modern AI tools.

  • Fully remote work environment with real business impact.

  • Clear growth path into:

    • Director of Sales
    • Head of Sales
    • VP of Sales
    • Revenue Leadership

Interview Process

  1. Initial Phone Screen
  2. Spark Hire Intro Video (3–5 minutes)
  3. Sales Leadership & Coaching Interview
  4. Client Interview with CEO
  5. Offer & Onboarding

What Happens After You Apply

Right after you apply, you’ll receive an email invitation from Spark Hire to record your Intro Video. This short, self-recorded video is the next step that completes your application and can be recorded whenever it’s convenient for you.

Instead of repeating yourself across multiple screening calls, you’ll introduce yourself once, and your video will be shared with the hiring team. This helps the hiring team evaluate your communication style early, making future interviews more meaningful while reducing unnecessary interview rounds.

Don’t overthink it—you can record your video as many times as you’d like before submitting it. Only your final submission will be reviewed.

Please keep an eye on both your inbox and spam folder for your Spark Hire invitation after submitting your application.

Sales Business Development Manager - Life Sciences at SpotMe

Prospect and close new pharma customers through event presence, personalized outreach to warm audiences, and account progression with senior sales support.

Mid Remote Posted 11 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Mission - Why we exist, what we do, and why we need you

Onomi is the HCP engagement and intelligence platform for life sciences. Pharma commercial and medical teams use Onomi to run their HCP engagements, congresses, webinars, advisory boards, and everyday meetings, and to capture what actually happens in them: every interaction captured with consent, matched to the right HCP record, and written back to Veeva or Salesforce in minutes, so the engagement they already pay for comes back as data their teams can act on.

Why now:

This is Onomi’s first dedicated business development role in the US, and you are not starting from zero. We have a strong US account management and event services team on the ground, a US customer base of 100 referenceable pharma companies including AstraZeneca, Takeda, Sanofi, GSK, and BeOne, and over 500,000 HCPs engaged across our platform every month. Our go-to-market is event-first: our leadership team speaks at the industry’s events, usually with a booth alongside, and you will be there with them; at key conventions we prospect as participants, where our customers gather; our biweekly webinars hand you a warm, named audience after every session. What has been missing are the people on the ground converting that presence and proof into new logos. We are hiring 3 talents at once as our founding US new-business group, working directly with the CEO, the leadership team, and senior sales colleagues in other regions.

What you will do:

  • [35%] Work industry events: build target lists from attendee data before each event, staff the booth at leadership’s speaking events, prospect conventions as a participant (first alongside colleagues, then solo), and follow up with every named contact with relevant messaging.
  • [20%] Run personalized outbound to webinar audiences and industry event attendee lists, turning warm names into booked first meetings. No mass sequences; every message is yours and very specific.
  • [20%] Run first meetings: your three-slide story, sharp discovery questions, and a crisp follow-up that gets forwarded internally.
  • [25%] Progress opportunities with senior support: bring in a senior seller, our solutions team or our leadership team at the right moment, keep every deal moving in an open deal channel, and co-sell through scoping and close.

What we need from you:

In your first month, you will:

  • Join our leadership team at live industry events: staff the booth at tradeshows and walk congresses with them.
  • Master our core sales plays: rehearse them, listen to past winning calls, and run mock first meetings that convince the team you can do it alone.
  • Start outbound on your first event attendee list and webinar audience, and book your first attended meetings.

In your first 3 months, you will:

  • Have 30+ attended first meetings on the board, with a 70%-plus show rate.
  • Staff your first medical convention solo, with a pre-event target list, a floor contact log, and 100% follow-up.
  • Convert each webinar cycle into at least 2 attended meetings.
  • Have your first opportunities in discovery with a senior co-seller attached.

By month 6, you will have closed your first new US logo, co-sold with a senior colleague (for which you will get 100% quota retirement), and earned a clear conversation about your lane: toward closing bigger deals or leading meeting generation as we scale the team.

What you need to be great at:

  • Speed and consistency despite ambiguity: following up same day, never dropping a ball, staying creative when the playbook runs out.
  • Curiosity about the product and the customer: you ask why a customer runs things the way they do, you go into the layers underneath.
  • Nobody expects you to become a sales engineer, but if your answer to every product question is ‘let me loop someone in,’ buyers lose interest and the someone loses patience.
  • In-person presence: you are at your best on a floor, at a booth, in a hallway conversation, and you want to travel to make that happen (expect to hop on a plane every 2-3 weeks).
  • Taking feedback fast: we coach constantly; what we correct on Monday shows up in your work on Tuesday.
  • Working with support rather than an army: you handle what you can and escalate deliberately.
  • Writing that sells: short, specific, personal messages that get replies.

What we are most curious about:

  • Tell us about events or trade shows you have worked on: what you did before, on, and after the floor, and what it produced, with real numbers.
  • Walk us through a product you sold and what sat underneath it: how it worked, why customers chose it, what its limits were.
  • What are 2 or 3 outreach tactics that reliably got you replies and meetings, and how did you know they worked?
  • Tell us about the last piece of feedback that changed how you work, and what changed.

Compensation: 150,000 to 190,000 USD on-target earnings (60% base, 40% variable), with guaranteed variable during ramp.

US-based, remote, near a major hub airport.

SpotMe recruits, compensates, and promotes regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, parental status, or veteran status.

Sales ISV Partner Account Manager at iManage

Partner Account Manager sources, qualifies, and onboards technology partners into the iManage ecosystem while driving them through integration and go-to-market activation.

Mid Remote Posted 11 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

This is a remote role within a global team that utilizes cutting-edge technology to stay connected with colleagues worldwide. Occasional travel to a local office may be required for in-person collaboration with your team, as well as for company events, team building activities, or strategic meetings.

Being a Partner Account Manager at iManage Means…

iManage is the system of record for the world’s most complex legal and professional services organizations. More than 80% of the AmLaw 100 & 200 run on iManage. The technology partners who build on this platform gain immediate access to that install base and the enterprise credibility that comes with it.

The partners who win in this ecosystem are the ones who extend the value of the iManage platform in ways that create real outcomes for shared customers. Your job is to find those partners, get them building, and support them to market so that the innovation they bring puts the customer at the center of everything. That is the flywheel that drives long-term growth for the partner, for iManage, and most importantly for the customers who depend on both. You are responsible for turning it.

Target Outcomes…

  • Deliver partner territory royalty revenue and activation metrics that compound over time, with a forecast you can defend at every stage of the quarter
  • Qualify and sign new technology partners into the iManage ecosystem with speed and commercial rigor
  • Drive partners from first conversation to live integration to active royalty revenue generation
  • Own an active, growing territory with clear activation status and expansion pipeline across every tier
  • Build the programmatic playbooks that allow the partner ecosystem to scale beyond individual relationship management

iM Responsible For…

  • Qualify and sign new partners. Own the full partner lifecycle from first conversation through first revenue report. Manage inbound partnership interest with speed and judgment. Evaluate fit against iManage’s ecosystem strategy, route candidates to the right program entry point, and own the commercial conversation from initial qualification through signed agreement and into early activation.
  • Get partners building. The best partnerships are anchored in technology. Own the path from signed agreement to live integration and drive partners through the technical and commercial milestones required to build meaningfully on the iManage platform.
  • Activate partners and take them to market. Once a partner is live, own their go-to-market activation. Enable partners on iManage’s product and positioning, connect them to the right internal resources, and drive joint marketing and sales activity that produces adoption. Measure success by live integrations and royalty revenue reported by active partners, not signed contracts.
  • Manage your territory. Own your forecast. Run structured QBR cadence across your territory and know where every partner stands on activation, expansion, and royalty revenue contribution at every stage of the quarter. Surface problems before they escalate and come with solutions, not status updates.
  • Build the playbook. Contribute to the onboarding frameworks, qualification criteria, and programmatic infrastructure that scale the partner ecosystem beyond individual relationship management. If you are doing something manually that should be systematized, build the system.
  • Coordinate internally. Serve as the connective tissue between your partner territory and iManage’s Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Pull in the right resources at the right time and keep your team informed on territory health without being asked.

iM Qualified Because I Have…

  • 5 to 10 years in partner management, ISV business development, technology alliances, or a closely related field at an enterprise SaaS company
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology partners through the full lifecycle: qualification, commercial agreement, integration build, activation, and joint go-to-market
  • Track record of owning and closing commercial partnership agreements, not just managing relationships after the deal is done
  • Commercial fluency in partner economics, royalty models, and marketplace distribution; able to structure and close deals independently within defined authority levels
  • Forecast discipline: you own a number and you know where it is coming from at every stage of the quarter. Pipeline hygiene, activation tracking, and QBR cadence are how you stay ahead of the forecast, not how you explain it after the fact
  • Technical comfort sufficient to engage credibly with technical founders and engineering teams on API architecture, integration requirements, and platform capabilities

Bonus Points If I Have…

  • Background in legal tech, practice management, or enterprise document and knowledge management
  • Experience building on or selling through an ISV marketplace such as Salesforce AppExchange, Microsoft AppSource, or a comparable platform ecosystem
  • Prior experience writing partner onboarding or activation playbooks from scratch
  • Comfort operating in a high-inbound, fast-moving environment where prioritization is a daily discipline
  • An existing network in the legal technology or enterprise SaaS partner community

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits. Your recruiter will provide further details about the offer range, incentives, and overall compensation during the hiring process.

Don’t meet every qualification listed above? Studies show that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet all qualifications. At iManage, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment, and encourage everyone to show up as their full authentic selves. We welcome those that come with a growth mindset and a hunger for learning; so, if you are excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification we encourage you to apply anyways!

iM Getting To…

  • Join a rapidly evolving, industry-leading SaaS company on an exciting journey of growth and scalability!
  • Take on meaningful, high-impact challenges by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best-in-class protocols to drive innovation.
  • Own my career path with our internal development framework. Ask us more about this!
  • Expand my skill set and earn certifications with unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning courses and interactive Microsoft courses & training.

Sales Business Development Manager - Life Sciences at SpotMe

Business development manager prospects pharma companies at industry events and through personalized outreach, books first meetings, and closes deals with senior support.

Mid Remote Posted 12 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

What Happens After You Apply

Right after you apply, you’ll receive an email invitation from Spark Hire to record your Intro Video. It’s a short, self-recorded video completed on your own time and is the final step needed to complete your application.

Instead of repeating your background across multiple screening calls, you get to introduce yourself once and show the hiring team how you communicate before the first interview. If there’s a strong fit, your first live conversation can focus on your sales experience and the opportunity rather than starting from scratch.

Don’t overthink it. You can record your responses multiple times, and discarded takes are not shared.

Apply Now

If you:

  • Have a track record of success in sales or relationship management
  • Know how to sell high-ticket products or services
  • Communicate confidently with affluent and executive-level clients
  • Are highly responsive, polished, and relationship-focused

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with Sales Operations leadership to translate strategic goals into analytical frameworks and project charters, leading deep-dive analyses on coverage, pipeline health, and motion performance.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional initiatives - GTM resets, new role/motion launches, coverage redesign, incentive changes - from problem definition through implementation and measurement.
  • Structure projects into workstreams and provide direction to other ICs and cross-functional partners contributing to them.

  • Defines KPI frameworks for strategic initiatives and assists with the builds of dashboards/reports (Sigma, Salesforce, HubSpot) that leadership actually uses to track adoption and performance.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations, leading working sessions and decision forums.
  • Help set standards for documentation and strategic analysis, and bring outside best practices into the organization.

What You Have:

  • 5-8+ years in sales operations, sales strategy, revenue operations, consulting, analytics, or related roles, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects that improved sales performance or GTM alignment.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior leaders (Sales Directors, VPs, Finance) on strategic decisions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven expertise in building and interpreting CRM reports, as well as leveraging complex datasets to extract key insights.
  • Ability to design and interpret models related to territories, capacity, funnel performance, or incentives.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales/GTM tools and curiosity for where automation can improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear narratives for executives and ICs alike.
  • Strong facilitation and cross-functional influence skills — comfortable driving alignment across groups with competing interests.
  • Highly organized, systems-oriented thinker, comfortable with ambiguity and biased toward scalable solutions over one-off fixes.
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings and other events, when applicable.

The national total targetcash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $123,000–$173,000 annually.*

Job Title: Enterprise Account Director

Location: United States, Remote

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Salesloft is building the next era of enterprise revenue — one where teams make confident decisions powered by AI and real signals. By combining our scale, insights, and AI innovation, we're building the industry's first Predictive Revenue System, enabling humans and AI to work together to make smarter decisions and drive consistent growth.

With thousands of customers using our platforms every day, we have an unmatched view into how revenue is actually won — the Revenue Context that reveals what happens, when, and with what outcome. This gives us a unique opportunity to transform an entire category and set a new benchmark for how modern revenue teams operate.

Join us to help transform how companies around the world run revenue — and build the platform that will guide leading revenue teams into the future.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Enterprise Account Directors are pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing sales team and will be our boots-on-the-ground solution to building personal relationships and making our customers successful. We believe that the most successful sellers have a passionate and supportive team behind them.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Full-Cycle Account Ownership: Acting as the primary commercial lead for a portfolio of large-scale enterprise accounts, driving full-cycle accountability for high-value renewals, expansion opportunities, and complex cross-sell transactions.
  • Driving Net-New Revenue: Relentlessly identifying and closing net-new revenue within your install base. You will navigate complex organizational structures to displace incumbents and introduce new product lines, maximizing Total Contract Value.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Architecting and implementing sophisticated account success plans that align our technology's value proposition with specific business units and their long-term alignment between their business goals and our solutions.
  • Proactive Retention Management: Monitoring account health and usage patterns to identify potential churn risks early, implementing "save" strategies to protect existing recurring revenue.
  • Executive Relationship Building: Building a "multi-threaded" network of stakeholders. You will move beyond the day-to-day users to secure buy-in from VP and C-level executives, establishing yourself as a credible business partner.
  • Executive Business Reviews (EBRs): Leading regular business reviews with key stakeholders to demonstrate realized ROI, socialize new product capabilities, and ensure the platform remains indispensable to the client's evolving tech stack.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Accuracy: Maintaining a rigorous, data-driven sales process. You will provide leadership with high-confidence forecasts for both expansion bookings and retention.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Staying up to date of industry trends and competitor movements to effectively position our value proposition against market alternatives.
  • Orchestrating Internal Resources: Leading a cross-functional team (Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Product) to ensure your accounts receive a cohesive experience, effectively acting as the one accountable for all customer-facing initiatives.
  • Voice of the Customer (VoC) Advocacy: Synthesizing client feedback and market friction points to provide actionable insights to the Product and Engineering teams, influencing the roadmap to better serve the "Install Base" and drive future expansion.

In addition to working with amazing colleagues who live our core values every day, you will also have the opportunity to sell an impactful and revolutionary software that is changing the way sellers sell. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.

We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated, and strategic Enterprise Account Director. You are a growth-minded advocate who is laser-focused on deepening and expanding relationships within our existing customer base. You don't just manage accounts; you hunt for untapped potential, identifying new use cases and scaling our footprint across organizations.

Specifically, you will play a pivotal role in helping us become an anchor technology company by securing high-value renewals and winning expansion deals that propel you past your quota.

Sales Enablement and Conversion Manager, Revenue Operations at Nivoda

Enables sales reps through training, documentation, and playbook management while optimizing the customer conversion funnel from demo to repeat purchase.

Mid Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Location: Remote in Europe

About Nivoda 🚀

Nivoda is a rapidly scaling global B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace connecting jewellery retailers with competitive, high-quality suppliers worldwide. Processing $300M+ in annual transactions and operating across multiple regions, Nivoda is transforming a $350B industry that has historically been slow to modernise.

Our platform gives businesses of all sizes, from independent jewellers to major retail chains access to the world’s best diamond and gemstone inventory, without the traditional barriers of capital, geography, or information asymmetry.

Our Mission 🎯

Diamond and gemstone trading has long been plagued by inefficiency, opacity, and exclusivity. Nivoda was built to change that - to democratise access and empower every business, regardless of size or location, to buy and sell with confidence. Independent jewellers are at the heart of this mission. They deserve the same access to quality, pricing, and selection as the biggest players in the industry. That’s exactly what we give them.

About the Role 🤔

Conversion is one of the three chokepoints in our revenue organisation. Customers arrive, take the demo, go through KYC, and too many stall before the first purchase, or buy once and never come back. The second purchase is where the product becomes sticky, and getting a merchant there is the hardest 60 days of their life with us.

Fixing that takes two things, and this role owns both. Reps who know the product, the pricing and the playbook cold. And a conversion funnel that is measured, scored and coached rather than hoped for.

Function one: enablement

Training and standards

  • Make sure every rep is up to spec and trained, and keep them there.

  • Own the theoretical onboarding of every new rep, SDR, AE and AM alike: what Nivoda sells, to whom, at what price, and how.

  • Set what “up to spec” means for each role and hold the bar.

Documentation and materials

  • Own the product material for every line of business: how it works, who it is for, pricing, take rate and best practice.

  • Keep it current. A rep should never be the last person to find out something changed.

The channel to marketing

  • Act as the link between marketing and the front line. Every campaign is known to the reps in advance, socialised at the all-hands before it lands, not discovered from a customer.

The channel to product

  • Translate the product roadmap into enablement. You do not decide the roadmap. You turn it into what to sell, to whom, and when.

  • When something ships, the reps already know what it is and how to position it.

Function two: conversion

Conversion rests on two things, and this role owns both: the call, and the KYC. A brilliant call that dies in KYC converts nothing, and a clean KYC on a badly run call never gets there.

Call scoring

  • Build the scoring rubrics with the team managers, so the standard is one both sides recognise.

  • Run transcript review and scoring at volume, using Claude to do it.

  • Send the reports out every week, to everyone.

  • Run a weekly leaderboard: the best calls, the scores, winners and losers, visible to the team.

  • Build a personalised coaching plan for every rep, written down and tracked, not delivered verbally and forgotten.

  • Coach in two directions: with the managers so they can coach their own people, and directly with reps where that is faster.

KYC

  • Own the insight generation of what is working and not on the process

  • Hold the accountability of the KYC SLAs, and call it out when they slip.

  • Map the blockers and the escalation paths, and push the fix at the cause rather than the symptom, across sales, product and marketing as needed.

  • Make sure the KYC operators know the rules, and that the rules are written.

  • Train and enable both sides of it: the reps and the operations team.

How we will measure it 💻

  • Conversion through to second purchase at 75% of each new cohort.

  • KYC above 60%, in every geography, not just on the average.

  • Rubric and call scores in place and reported weekly.

  • 80% compliance against the rubric, reached by your fourth month in the role.

What do we need from you? 💪

  • Experience in sales enablement, revenue operations or frontline sales coaching in a transactional, high-volume environment.

  • You have scored calls at volume and can show what changed as a result. Gong or equivalent.

  • You are fluent with AI tooling and would run transcript review and scoring through Claude rather than by hand.

  • You have built onboarding for reps from scratch, not just delivered someone else’s deck.

  • You can coach a manager, not just a rep. You are comfortable telling a senior person their team’s calls are not good enough, and then showing them how to fix it.

  • You write clearly. A large part of the value here is documentation other people can pick up and use.

  • You work across Product, Marketing and Finance without authority over any of them.

  • Hands-on. This is not a strategy seat. You will be on calls, in the CRM and in the material every week.

Nice to have ✨

  • Experience with onboarding or activation motions rather than pure new business.

  • Diamonds, jewellery, or another supply-driven marketplace.

  • A second language relevant to EMEA or North America.

Our culture and what we offer 😉

At Nivoda, we believe that employees today want to evolve in a collaborative, high-growth environment where they can demonstrate their abilities and thrive both professionally and personally. We work to create a culture of empowerment, continuous learning, and growth where everyone can bring their expertise, own projects, and easily measure their impact. Dynamic working environment in a rapidly growing company. Enjoy a pleasant, low-hierarchy work environment. Engage in intellectually challenging work that contributes significantly to Nivoda’s success and scalability.

Our current benefits

🕰️ Flexible working hours and a vibrant company culture

💻 Remote work

🧠 Plenty of opportunities for growth and learning

🏖️ Unlimited holiday allowance

🚀 Chance to join and contribute to a company during its exponential expansion phase

Equal Opportunity

Nivoda is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to promoting diversity. We don’t discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability status. Even if it seems you don’t meet 100% of our musts - don’t let it stop you. We are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable.

Please note: Our Talent Acquisition Team is international. We kindly ask you to submit your CV and application in English so that it can be reviewed correctly.

Not quite the right fit?

If after reading this job description you believe this is not the best fit for you, we’d encourage you to join our Nivoda Talent Pool so we can keep you in mind as new roles open up.
