Sales Technical Program Manager at Spreedly

Partner with sales and engineering to scope technical solutions for prospects, deliver demos and architecture documentation, and accelerate customer value realization.

Mid Posted 11 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us:

Spreedly is the world’s leading Open Payments Platform. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Durham, NC, the company gives mid-market and enterprise businesses the infrastructure to connect to any payment gateway, processor, or fraud tool through a single API. The platform is vendor-agnostic by design, meaning customers are never locked into a single provider and never need to rebuild their payments stack to access new capabilities.

The core business problem Spreedly solves is real and costly: global merchants face a fragmented payments ecosystem, where every new market, payment method, or fraud tool typically requires a separate, time-consuming integration. Spreedly eliminates that complexity, enabling companies to route transactions intelligently, secure cardholder data, prevent fraud, and expand into new markets without heavy engineering overhead.

About the Role:

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be a key player in our pre-sales and customer solutioning efforts. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to scope technical solutions that align with customer needs and drive Spreedly’s growth. This is a customer-facing, consultative role focused on understanding prospect pain points and designing solutions that connect Spreedly’s platform capabilities to business outcomes.

You will also influence revenue growth, shorten time-to-close, and accelerate value realization for our customers. As Spreedly scales, this role will shape our go-to-market infrastructure through solution templates, demo assets, and mentoring, making it an ideal opportunity for impact and professional growth.

This is a US-based customer-facing role supporting primarily US customers and cross-functional teams operating within US business hours. Success in this role requires regular travel within the United States and the ability to work in alignment with US customer and internal stakeholder schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects and customers to identify needs and align use cases to Spreedly’s capabilities
  • Deliver compelling demos, architecture diagrams, and documentation that support sales conversations and technical evaluation
  • Translate business and technical requirements into actionable solution proposals and implementation plans that support scalability and reuse
  • Develop and maintain reusable demo environments, solution artifacts, and objection handling templates
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to provide prospect feedback and ensure solution feasibility
  • Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth implementation handoffs
  • Serve as a technical expert in RFPs, security reviews, and compliance questionnaires
  • Educate internal teams on platform capabilities, integration patterns, and sales enablement materials

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Manager role within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
  • Industry experience with eCommerce, PSPs, payment orchestration, or payment platforms
  • Background in payments, card-not-present commerce, fraud, or gateways preferred
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and system integration principles (especially REST and webhooks)
  • Familiarity with scripting or backend programming (Python, Ruby, or JavaScript a plus)
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and Product teams on enterprise deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including customer-facing documentation
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics and guide customer decision-making

Additional Skills We Value:

  • Comfortable owning discovery and demo stages in an enterprise sales motion
  • Experience with implementation or support functions is a plus

We Offer Our US-Based Employees:

  • Competitive salary + Equity
  • Outstanding Medical and Dental benefits, including 100% employer-paid options
  • Company-paid Life and Disability insurance
  • Optional vision and supplemental insurance options, and various Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Open Paid Time Off policy + 12 weeks of paid leave for new parents
  • Matching 401(k) plan (5% up to $5,000 yearly)
  • $1,000 annual professional development stipend
  • Monthly home working/digital lifestyle stipend, new MacBook, and one-time accessory reimbursement
  • Access to company-paid professional coaching service
  • Visits to HQ in Durham, North Carolina for remote employees

Spreedly Product Offering:

Spreedly provides an open payments platform. The platform’s connectivity provides payments performance. Key products and services include:

Connect— A unified API that integrates with hundreds of payment gateways, processors, and alternative payment methods worldwide, including digital wallets. Merchants access the global payments ecosystem through one connection.

Vault — A PCI-compliant secure repository for payment methods. Merchants store card data once and reuse it across any payment service, reducing PCI scope and protecting cardholder data at scale.

Optimize— Workflow-driven routing and retry logic that directs each transaction to the best-performing gateway in real time. On average, 7.9% of failed transactions succeed immediately when retried on a secondary gateway. This is where merchants recover lost revenue and increase authorization success rates.

Protect— A flexible fraud and authentication layer, incorporating advanced fraud tools and 3DS. Following Spreedly’s acquisition of Dodgeball in September 2025, fraud orchestration and payment optimization now operate within the same platform.

Resolve— Centralized management and reporting that reduces operational silos, strengthens security, and improves billing control across a merchant’s entire payment operation.

Sales Business Development Manager - Life Sciences at SpotMe

Prospect and close new pharma customers through event presence, personalized outreach to warm audiences, and account progression with senior sales support.

Mid Remote Posted 12 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Mission - Why we exist, what we do, and why we need you

Onomi is the HCP engagement and intelligence platform for life sciences. Pharma commercial and medical teams use Onomi to run their HCP engagements, congresses, webinars, advisory boards, and everyday meetings, and to capture what actually happens in them: every interaction captured with consent, matched to the right HCP record, and written back to Veeva or Salesforce in minutes, so the engagement they already pay for comes back as data their teams can act on.

Why now:

This is Onomi’s first dedicated business development role in the US, and you are not starting from zero. We have a strong US account management and event services team on the ground, a US customer base of 100 referenceable pharma companies including AstraZeneca, Takeda, Sanofi, GSK, and BeOne, and over 500,000 HCPs engaged across our platform every month. Our go-to-market is event-first: our leadership team speaks at the industry’s events, usually with a booth alongside, and you will be there with them; at key conventions we prospect as participants, where our customers gather; our biweekly webinars hand you a warm, named audience after every session. What has been missing are the people on the ground converting that presence and proof into new logos. We are hiring 3 talents at once as our founding US new-business group, working directly with the CEO, the leadership team, and senior sales colleagues in other regions.

What you will do:

  • [35%] Work industry events: build target lists from attendee data before each event, staff the booth at leadership’s speaking events, prospect conventions as a participant (first alongside colleagues, then solo), and follow up with every named contact with relevant messaging.
  • [20%] Run personalized outbound to webinar audiences and industry event attendee lists, turning warm names into booked first meetings. No mass sequences; every message is yours and very specific.
  • [20%] Run first meetings: your three-slide story, sharp discovery questions, and a crisp follow-up that gets forwarded internally.
  • [25%] Progress opportunities with senior support: bring in a senior seller, our solutions team or our leadership team at the right moment, keep every deal moving in an open deal channel, and co-sell through scoping and close.

What we need from you:

In your first month, you will:

  • Join our leadership team at live industry events: staff the booth at tradeshows and walk congresses with them.
  • Master our core sales plays: rehearse them, listen to past winning calls, and run mock first meetings that convince the team you can do it alone.
  • Start outbound on your first event attendee list and webinar audience, and book your first attended meetings.

In your first 3 months, you will:

  • Have 30+ attended first meetings on the board, with a 70%-plus show rate.
  • Staff your first medical convention solo, with a pre-event target list, a floor contact log, and 100% follow-up.
  • Convert each webinar cycle into at least 2 attended meetings.
  • Have your first opportunities in discovery with a senior co-seller attached.

By month 6, you will have closed your first new US logo, co-sold with a senior colleague (for which you will get 100% quota retirement), and earned a clear conversation about your lane: toward closing bigger deals or leading meeting generation as we scale the team.

What you need to be great at:

  • Speed and consistency despite ambiguity: following up same day, never dropping a ball, staying creative when the playbook runs out.
  • Curiosity about the product and the customer: you ask why a customer runs things the way they do, you go into the layers underneath.
  • Nobody expects you to become a sales engineer, but if your answer to every product question is ‘let me loop someone in,’ buyers lose interest and the someone loses patience.
  • In-person presence: you are at your best on a floor, at a booth, in a hallway conversation, and you want to travel to make that happen (expect to hop on a plane every 2-3 weeks).
  • Taking feedback fast: we coach constantly; what we correct on Monday shows up in your work on Tuesday.
  • Working with support rather than an army: you handle what you can and escalate deliberately.
  • Writing that sells: short, specific, personal messages that get replies.

What we are most curious about:

  • Tell us about events or trade shows you have worked on: what you did before, on, and after the floor, and what it produced, with real numbers.
  • Walk us through a product you sold and what sat underneath it: how it worked, why customers chose it, what its limits were.
  • What are 2 or 3 outreach tactics that reliably got you replies and meetings, and how did you know they worked?
  • Tell us about the last piece of feedback that changed how you work, and what changed.

Compensation: 150,000 to 190,000 USD on-target earnings (60% base, 40% variable), with guaranteed variable during ramp.

US-based, remote, near a major hub airport.

SpotMe recruits, compensates, and promotes regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, parental status, or veteran status.

Sales ISV Partner Account Manager at iManage

Partner Account Manager sources, qualifies, and onboards technology partners into the iManage ecosystem while driving them through integration and go-to-market activation.

Mid Remote Posted 12 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

This is a remote role within a global team that utilizes cutting-edge technology to stay connected with colleagues worldwide. Occasional travel to a local office may be required for in-person collaboration with your team, as well as for company events, team building activities, or strategic meetings.

Being a Partner Account Manager at iManage Means…

iManage is the system of record for the world’s most complex legal and professional services organizations. More than 80% of the AmLaw 100 & 200 run on iManage. The technology partners who build on this platform gain immediate access to that install base and the enterprise credibility that comes with it.

The partners who win in this ecosystem are the ones who extend the value of the iManage platform in ways that create real outcomes for shared customers. Your job is to find those partners, get them building, and support them to market so that the innovation they bring puts the customer at the center of everything. That is the flywheel that drives long-term growth for the partner, for iManage, and most importantly for the customers who depend on both. You are responsible for turning it.

Target Outcomes…

  • Deliver partner territory royalty revenue and activation metrics that compound over time, with a forecast you can defend at every stage of the quarter
  • Qualify and sign new technology partners into the iManage ecosystem with speed and commercial rigor
  • Drive partners from first conversation to live integration to active royalty revenue generation
  • Own an active, growing territory with clear activation status and expansion pipeline across every tier
  • Build the programmatic playbooks that allow the partner ecosystem to scale beyond individual relationship management

iM Responsible For…

  • Qualify and sign new partners. Own the full partner lifecycle from first conversation through first revenue report. Manage inbound partnership interest with speed and judgment. Evaluate fit against iManage’s ecosystem strategy, route candidates to the right program entry point, and own the commercial conversation from initial qualification through signed agreement and into early activation.
  • Get partners building. The best partnerships are anchored in technology. Own the path from signed agreement to live integration and drive partners through the technical and commercial milestones required to build meaningfully on the iManage platform.
  • Activate partners and take them to market. Once a partner is live, own their go-to-market activation. Enable partners on iManage’s product and positioning, connect them to the right internal resources, and drive joint marketing and sales activity that produces adoption. Measure success by live integrations and royalty revenue reported by active partners, not signed contracts.
  • Manage your territory. Own your forecast. Run structured QBR cadence across your territory and know where every partner stands on activation, expansion, and royalty revenue contribution at every stage of the quarter. Surface problems before they escalate and come with solutions, not status updates.
  • Build the playbook. Contribute to the onboarding frameworks, qualification criteria, and programmatic infrastructure that scale the partner ecosystem beyond individual relationship management. If you are doing something manually that should be systematized, build the system.
  • Coordinate internally. Serve as the connective tissue between your partner territory and iManage’s Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Pull in the right resources at the right time and keep your team informed on territory health without being asked.

iM Qualified Because I Have…

  • 5 to 10 years in partner management, ISV business development, technology alliances, or a closely related field at an enterprise SaaS company
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology partners through the full lifecycle: qualification, commercial agreement, integration build, activation, and joint go-to-market
  • Track record of owning and closing commercial partnership agreements, not just managing relationships after the deal is done
  • Commercial fluency in partner economics, royalty models, and marketplace distribution; able to structure and close deals independently within defined authority levels
  • Forecast discipline: you own a number and you know where it is coming from at every stage of the quarter. Pipeline hygiene, activation tracking, and QBR cadence are how you stay ahead of the forecast, not how you explain it after the fact
  • Technical comfort sufficient to engage credibly with technical founders and engineering teams on API architecture, integration requirements, and platform capabilities

Bonus Points If I Have…

  • Background in legal tech, practice management, or enterprise document and knowledge management
  • Experience building on or selling through an ISV marketplace such as Salesforce AppExchange, Microsoft AppSource, or a comparable platform ecosystem
  • Prior experience writing partner onboarding or activation playbooks from scratch
  • Comfort operating in a high-inbound, fast-moving environment where prioritization is a daily discipline
  • An existing network in the legal technology or enterprise SaaS partner community

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits. Sales Business Development Manager - Life Sciences at SpotMe

Business development manager prospects pharma companies at industry events and through personalized outreach, books first meetings, and closes deals with senior support.

Instead of repeating your background across multiple screening calls, you get to introduce yourself once and show the hiring team how you communicate before the first interview. If there’s a strong fit, your first live conversation can focus on your sales experience and the opportunity rather than starting from scratch.

Don’t overthink it. You can record your responses multiple times, and discarded takes are not shared.

Apply Now

If you:

  • Have a track record of success in sales or relationship management

Sales ISV Partner Account Manager at iManage

Manage partner relationships across the iManage ecosystem, qualifying and signing technology partners while driving them from integration to revenue generation.

Mid Hybrid Posted 12 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

Your recruiter will provide further details about the offer range, incentives, and overall compensation during the hiring process.

Don’t meet every qualification listed above? Studies show that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet all qualifications. At iManage, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment, and encourage everyone to show up as their full authentic selves.
