Partner with sales and engineering to scope technical solutions for prospects, deliver demos and architecture documentation, and accelerate customer value realization.
Spreedly is the worldâs leading Open Payments Platform. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Durham, NC, the company gives mid-market and enterprise businesses the infrastructure to connect to any payment gateway, processor, or fraud tool through a single API. The platform is vendor-agnostic by design, meaning customers are never locked into a single provider and never need to rebuild their payments stack to access new capabilities.
The core business problem Spreedly solves is real and costly: global merchants face a fragmented payments ecosystem, where every new market, payment method, or fraud tool typically requires a separate, time-consuming integration. Spreedly eliminates that complexity, enabling companies to route transactions intelligently, secure cardholder data, prevent fraud, and expand into new markets without heavy engineering overhead.
About the Role:
As a Technical Program Manager, you will be a key player in our pre-sales and customer solutioning efforts. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to scope technical solutions that align with customer needs and drive Spreedlyâs growth. This is a customer-facing, consultative role focused on understanding prospect pain points and designing solutions that connect Spreedlyâs platform capabilities to business outcomes.
You will also influence revenue growth, shorten time-to-close, and accelerate value realization for our customers. As Spreedly scales, this role will shape our go-to-market infrastructure through solution templates, demo assets, and mentoring, making it an ideal opportunity for impact and professional growth.
This is a US-based customer-facing role supporting primarily US customers and cross-functional teams operating within US business hours. Success in this role requires regular travel within the United States and the ability to work in alignment with US customer and internal stakeholder schedules.

Spreedly Product Offering:

Connectâ A unified API that integrates with hundreds of payment gateways, processors, and alternative payment methods worldwide, including digital wallets. Merchants access the global payments ecosystem through one connection.
Vault â A PCI-compliant secure repository for payment methods. Merchants store card data once and reuse it across any payment service, reducing PCI scope and protecting cardholder data at scale.
Optimizeâ Workflow-driven routing and retry logic that directs each transaction to the best-performing gateway in real time. On average, 7.9% of failed transactions succeed immediately when retried on a secondary gateway. This is where merchants recover lost revenue and increase authorization success rates.
Protectâ A flexible fraud and authentication layer, incorporating advanced fraud tools and 3DS. Following Spreedlyâs acquisition of Dodgeball in September 2025, fraud orchestration and payment optimization now operate within the same platform.
Resolveâ Centralized management and reporting that reduces operational silos, strengthens security, and improves billing control across a merchantâs entire payment operation.

Prospect and close new pharma customers through event presence, personalized outreach to warm audiences, and account progression with senior sales support.
Mission - Why we exist, what we do, and why we need you
Onomi is the HCP engagement and intelligence platform for life sciences. Pharma commercial and medical teams use Onomi to run their HCP engagements, congresses, webinars, advisory boards, and everyday meetings, and to capture what actually happens in them: every interaction captured with consent, matched to the right HCP record, and written back to Veeva or Salesforce in minutes, so the engagement they already pay for comes back as data their teams can act on.
Why now:
This is Onomiâs first dedicated business development role in the US, and you are not starting from zero. We have a strong US account management and event services team on the ground, a US customer base of 100 referenceable pharma companies including AstraZeneca, Takeda, Sanofi, GSK, and BeOne, and over 500,000 HCPs engaged across our platform every month. Our go-to-market is event-first: our leadership team speaks at the industryâs events, usually with a booth alongside, and you will be there with them; at key conventions we prospect as participants, where our customers gather; our biweekly webinars hand you a warm, named audience after every session. What has been missing are the people on the ground converting that presence and proof into new logos. We are hiring 3 talents at once as our founding US new-business group, working directly with the CEO, the leadership team, and senior sales colleagues in other regions.

What it means to be a Jamf? We are a team of free-thinkers, can-doers, and problem-crushers. We value humility and the relentless pursuit of knowledge. Our culture flows from a spirit of selflessness and relentless self-improvement - driving both personal growth and collective progress throughout our company. We unite around common goals while respecting personal approaches, believing that fulfilled individuals create a thriving, vibrant workplace.
Our aim is simple: hire exceptionally good people who are incredibly good at what they do and let them do it. We provide the support and resources to let everyone be their authentic, best selves at work, at rest, and at play. We are committed to supporting the continual improvement of Apple in the workplace, the organizations that rely on them and the people who keep it all running smoothly.
Above it all, waves our banner of #OneJamf â and the knowledge that when we stand together, we accomplish so much more than we could alone. We seek individuals who share this unwavering journey toward growth to join us in our quest for constant improvement.
What does Jamf do? Jamf extends the legendary Apple experience people enjoy in their personal lives to the workplace. We believe the experience of using a device at work or school should feel the same, and be as secure as, using a personal device. With Jamf, customers are able to confidently automate Mac, iPad, iPhone and Apple TV deployment, management, and security â anytime, anywhere â to protect the data and applications used by employees in the workplace, students learning in the classroom, and streamline communications in healthcare between patients and providers. More than 2,500 Jamf strong worldwide, we are free-thinkers, can-doers, and problems crushers who are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work each and every day.
