We are looking for experienced pre-sales professionals who have a successful track record helping large enterprises become more data-driven. Working with the Account Executive (AE), the Travel & Hospitality within Retail SA defines and directs the technical strategy for our largest and important accounts, leading to more widespread use of our products and wider and deeper adoption of ML & AI. You will lean upon your solid background in value selling, technical account management and technical leadership to maximize success in these accounts. While you work with a team that includes hands-on resources who will build proofs of concept and demonstrate Databricks’ products, you need to be technical and must understand the relevance and application of ML & AI within a range of use cases important to the target accounts in the Retail and CPG space.

The impact you will have:

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. Salsify is seeking a strategic and driven Enterprise Account Executive to own a portfolio of CPG Food & Beverage companies with annual revenues between $500 million and $2.2 billion. About the Opportunity

Salsify is seeking a strategic and driven Enterprise Account Executive to own a portfolio of CPG Food & Beverage companies with annual revenues between $500 million and $2.2 billion. This role is responsible for driving growth across the territory through both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing Salsify customers. The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise SaaS seller who excels at navigating complex sales cycles, building executive relationships, and connecting Salsify’s solutions to measurable business outcomes. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for a defined territory of CPG Food & Beverage companies with $500M–$2.2B in annual revenue, including both prospects and existing Salsify customers.

  • Develop strategic territory and account plans that identify key prospects, whitespace within existing customers, buying centers, executive relationships, and paths to growth.

About the role

This role is part of our APAC Mid-Market team which will own both named account pursuits and executing programmatic sales via OpenAI partners.

You’ll be a key driver of writing the playbook for Mid-Market in APAC as an AI Native Sales team. You’ll work with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists to help customers evolve their industry with AI.

This role is based in India and can be based out of either Delhi, Mumbai or Bangalore. For locations with an office, we operate in a hybrid model of 3 days in the office.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, developing and executing strategies for a comprehensive regional go to market plan.

  • Win lighthouse accounts through outbound sales outreach.

  • Partner with solutions and research engineering to build and execute complex customer programs and projects.

  • Own a consumption revenue target.

  • Manage consumption revenue forecasts.

  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of other teammates.

  • Support the development of company culture.

We’re seeking someone with experience including:

  • 7+ years of direct selling experience in Data and AI or Cloud.

  • Designing and executing complex go to market strategies.

  • Orchestrating programmatic sales motions with partners.

  • Experience operating in fast paced, high growth environments.

  • Working directly with c-level executives.

  • Leading high-visibility customer events (CAB, conferences, product launches, etc.).

  • Hands on experience with AI tools.
