What this role involves

About Keyfactor

Our mission is to securely connect the world: humans, machines, and AI. Keyfactor is the leader in trust infrastructure for AI and machines, helping the world’s largest enterprises and government agencies take control of the cryptographic identities that safeguard every digital interaction. Behind the platform is a global team of people who care deeply about the work and each other. We move fast, think big, and show up for one another every day. If you’re looking for work that matters and a team that brings out your best, we hope you’ll trust your future with Keyfactor!

Title: Director, Customer Marketing

Location: United States; Remote or Canada

Experience: Director

Job Function: Marketing

Employment Type: Full-time

Industry: Computer & Network Security

About the position

The fastest revenue Keyfactor will ever win comes from the customers we have already won. As enterprises consolidate their machine identity and cryptography investments onto fewer platforms, the companies that grow are the ones whose customers realize value, renew, expand, and advocate. Keyfactor is investing in exactly that and we are looking for a Director of Customer Marketing to lead it.

Reporting to the Vice President of Product & Customer Marketing, this role owns how Keyfactor engages and grows its customer base across four outcomes: customers realize value, stay, grow, and advocate. You will lead the customer marketing and community team, own the strategy and operating model for marketing to the installed base, and build the programs behind it into one connected system with measurable revenue impact.

This is a highly cross-functional role with strong influence across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and the broader marketing organization. Customer marketing is also one of Keyfactor’s richest channels for customer insight: programs like the community and customer events surface what customers need next, and this role turns that signal into structured input for product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Keyfactor’s customer marketing strategy across adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy, building a connected program calendar the business can plan against.

• Drive awareness and adoption across the installed base, helping customers discover and use the capabilities they own and the solutions they have not yet adopted, in partnership with Customer Success and Product Marketing.

• Build renewal and expansion programs in partnership with Revenue Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, engaging accounts ahead of renewal windows and running cross-sell campaigns keyed to product whitespace and adoption signals.

• Own the customer advocacy and referral engine, including references, case studies, customer speakers, reviews, and referral programs that supply Sales, Revenue Marketing, and Analyst Relations with proof and introductions.

• Lead and develop the community manager, who owns the Keyfactor Community, setting direction and investment and connecting community engagement to retention and expansion outcomes.

• Own the strategy and evolution of the customer advisory board and executive engagement programs, guiding recruiting, agendas, and follow-through, and holding the programs to measurable member outcomes.

• Set the strategy for the customer experience at Keyfactor Connect and Keyfactor Tech Days in partnership with Field Marketing, Events and Brand, sharpening how these flagship moments drive engagement, advocacy, and pipeline.

• Channel customer insight to Product, using programs such as the community, the advisory board, and customer events to surface what customers need next and bringing structured input into roadmap and go-to-market conversations.

• Establish measurement for the function, including adoption influence, retention and expansion influence, advocacy output, and community engagement, reported in the company operating rhythm.

• Lead, develop, and grow the customer marketing and community team.

Skills and Qualification

• 8+ years in B2B enterprise marketing, with significant leadership of customer marketing, lifecycle, advocacy, or community programs.

• Proven success building retention and expansion programs in a sales-led enterprise motion, with clear measurement of revenue impact.

• Experience standing up or running customer advisory boards, executive engagement programs, or flagship customer events.

• Track record building advocacy, reference, and referral programs that supply sales, marketing, and analyst relations.

• Strong command of CRM and marketing automation data, with the ability to segment an installed base, run campaigns against it, and measure what happened.

• Experience leading and developing marketing teams, and partnering closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing.

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across customer, field, and executive audiences.

• Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise infrastructure software is a significant advantage.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Culture, Career Opportunities and Benefits

Project Management Engineering Manager, EMEA (Platform) at Testlio

Engineering Manager leads the platform team owning all external integrations, APIs, and identity/access systems that connect clients and partners to Testlio's testing platform.

Lead Remote Posted 11 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Location: This is a 100% remote role and is open to candidates residing in the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Estonia. Visa sponsorship is not available.

About the job

Testlio’s fully managed crowdsourced testing platform integrates expert, on-demand testers directly into your release process. Ship faster and more confidently with global coverage across 600,000+ devices, 800+ payment methods, 150+ countries, and 100+ languages. To learn more, visit www.testlio.com.

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the team that owns every way the outside world connects to Testlio: our partner integrations, our public API, our identity and access surfaces. If a client’s Jira, a client’s CI pipeline, a client’s engineer, or a client’s AI agent touches Testlio, it goes through your team’s systems. This role reports to the Director, Engineering.

Why will you love this job?

  • Own the platform’s contract with the world. You’ll lead the one team that covers the whole programmatic perimeter: bi-directional sync with a dozen tools (Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Asana, Linear, Monday, TestRail, Trello, YouTrack, Slack), enterprise SSO, our public API.
  • Build the API as a product, not a byproduct. We have a written public-API strategy: OpenAPI contracts as the source of truth, major and dated versioning, uniform auth, granular API roles, rate limiting, end-to-end request tracing.
  • Make support self-serve. You’ll cut recurring support work at the source, with self-serve setup and diagnostics, integration health visible to the people who need it, and automation and permanent fixes instead of repeat manual triage.
  • Partner with product and with real customers. You’ll work closely with a dedicated product manager on discovery, prioritization, and outcomes, and also directly with enterprise client engineering teams who build against our API.

Why will you love being a part of Testlio?

  • Great Culture: Testlio is a female-founded company, and half of our team identifies as women. We’re proud of our inclusive, purpose-driven culture where people genuinely enjoy collaborating. As part of our team (we call ourselves TestLions), you’ll help create exceptional digital experiences for our customers, while also contributing to our freelance network.
  • Remote Work: Our culture is built around remote work. We’ve created systems to allow us to successfully work together asynchronously as a fully remote and globally distributed team. Testlio provides the tools and guidance for everyone to succeed in their careers in a fully remote setting. Our working style encourages everyone to make decisions, communicate effectively, and work at a sustainable pace.
  • Investment in You: Your growth and well-being matter to us. You’ll have flexible paid time off—including national holidays, personal days, and sick days—plus stock options so you can grow with Testlio. We also provide a $300 annual learning stipend to support your personal and professional development.
  • Winning Business: Testlio is growing, profitable, and cash-strong. We are leading our industry with exceptional clients who provide us with a high NPS score and a 4.7 rating on G2. Our business model is global, enterprise, and subscription-based. Several of our largest clients have been with us for 7+ years, and many spend $500K+/year with Testlio.

What would your day look like?

Shaping what’s next

  • Stay close to the code: Expect to spend roughly 20–30% of your time on hands-on engineering, including writing production code, providing substantive reviews on critical-path pull requests, and signing off on key technical designs. You’ll help remove critical technical bottlenecks and contribute directly when needed, while empowering the team to own and deliver work independently.
  • Public API strategy: Own Testlio’s public API end to end: OpenAPI specifications kept current in every service repo and treated as the consumer contract, a coherent versioning and deprecation policy, consistent authentication and authorization on every endpoint, rate limiting, and traceability across the request path.
  • Integration architecture: Set the multi-quarter technical direction for a sync platform that must stay correct across a dozen third-party APIs, each with its own data model, rate limits, and release cadence. Reduce per-vendor special-casing in favour of a common mapping and sync core.
  • Roadmap ownership: Turn strategy into a sequenced roadmap with your product partner, and own technical delivery from concept to production.

Running it with rigor

  • Engineering operating rhythm: Establish effective planning, prioritization, and design review practices that balance delivery speed with long-term scalability.
  • Technical leadership: Combine engineering vision and team mentorship with hands-on technical contribution, staying close to the codebase to understand the team’s work and make informed technical decisions.
  • Third-party dependency management: Own the risk that comes with depending on other people’s APIs. Track vendor changelogs, deprecations and sunset dates, plan migrations before they become incidents, and keep credential, token, and connection failures from turning into client-visible outages.
  • Production support and escalations: Own production support for your domains, including triage, escalation management, and root-cause resolution. Drive automation, self-serve setup, and permanent fixes that measurably reduce recurring support volume and improve operational efficiency.
  • Reliability and observability: Define service level objectives for sync freshness, sync success rate, and API availability and latency; build the dashboards that make integration health self-serve; and lead root-cause analysis on production issues.Engineering standards: Ensure work is traceable and the Definition of Done is consistently met, minimizing escaped defects and keeping cloud costs in check.
  • Team growth: Coach engineers technically, bring AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., Claude Code) into daily practice, and reduce knowledge silos through reviews and documentation.

What do you need to succeed?

Technical skills

  • Engineering management: 5+ years managing a team of 4+ engineers in an agile, remote environment.
  • Hands-on technical leadership: Recent experience writing production code and designing or evolving production systems. You are comfortable working directly in the codebase, contributing to implementation, reviewing code, and making architectural decisions alongside your team.
  • Public or partner-facing API ownership: Proven experience designing, versioning, documenting, and deprecating APIs consumed by people outside your own company. You’ve made a breaking-change decision and lived with the consequences. OpenAPI, idempotency, pagination, webhooks, and rate limiting are familiar ground.
  • Third-party integration systems: Experience building or running integrations against external APIs at scale: OAuth flows, credential storage and rotation, retries and backoff, queue and poison-message handling, conflict resolution in bi-directional sync, and per-tenant blast-radius control.
  • Technical stack: Strong affinity with TypeScript and Node.js on AWS, including serverless (Lambda), DynamoDB, and event-driven patterns.

Nice-to-haves

  • Identity and access: Practical knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and enterprise SSO, plus token scoping and least-privilege API roles.
  • Broader stack familiarity: Kafka, GraphQL, Python, and React are a plus.
  • Observability and performance: Experience with observability and APM tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, Sentry) and optimizing slow database transactions.
  • Application security: Knowledge of application security best practices and integrating security review into the SDLC.
  • Legacy modernization: Experience modernizing legacy systems or paying down significant technical debt while keeping a product running.
  • SaaS experience: Prior experience managing a SaaS product is a plus.

Human skills

  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Collaborative. Works effectively with product management and cross-functional partners in a distributed, asynchronous setting.
  • Organized and thorough, with a meticulous approach to standards and process.
  • Growth catalyst. Passionate about team productivity, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Results-oriented, with data-driven decision-making.

What is the application process?

We do our best to bring on individuals who are excited about their role and have the potential for a great future with Testlio. Since we are 100% distributed, you’ll meet with several people from our organization so you get a clear picture of who you’d work with and what the role expects. Our process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks.

  • Application review
  • Recruiter interview
  • Hiring Manager Interview
  • Live Technical Exercise
  • 2 team and stakeholder interviews
  • Reference checks
  • Offer

Diversity and inclusion

Testlio is an equal-opportunity employer deeply committed to creating an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and identities. We are female-founded, and 46% of our team members identify as women. For more information, see the DEI section of our website.

Engineer Staff Software Engineer (Developer Experience) at Garner Health

Staff engineer leading technical strategy and team execution across multi-quarter initiatives while building and optimizing AI-driven healthcare systems on AWS and Kubernetes.

Lead Remote Posted 11 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

What you’ll be part of

Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.

The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you’ve ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You’d be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.

About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional Staff Software Engineer to join our organization. Garner’s Engineering team tackles incredibly hard technical problems for a mission that truly matters. Our systems analyze billions of medical records to rank healthcare providers across the country. We are an AWS + Kubernetes shop, and we are constantly introducing new technologies as our system load doubles every year. We expect our engineers to champion cutting-edge industry practices as we aggressively embrace AI in every facet of our operations and norms. We are seeking teammates who take pride in delivering their best work while fostering a strong team culture.

Where you will work:

Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.

What you will do:

  • Lead team-level technical strategy and execution on multi-quarter time horizons
  • Use AI to build, optimize, and maintain software systems
  • Uplevel engineers across the organization by raising the technical bar
  • Collaborate across disciplines to understand our domain and iterate on projects
  • Protect our users’ privacy and security through best practices

The ideal candidate has:

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience
  • Experience leading teams of engineers with demonstrated impact on technical strategy
  • A generalist software engineering mindset ready to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques required for a fast paced startup environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build complex systems using AI coding agents (we use Claude Code)
  • Able to learn quickly and mentor others
  • Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback

What you’ll get here

You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.

At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn’t the right fit for everyone, and that’s intentional. The people here are driven by what’s at stake for real people, and that’s what gives our intensity its purpose.

Technologies we use:

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) through the complete B2B sales cycle.

We’re looking for a leader who has personally carried a quota, built pipeline, closed deals, and understands what it takes to succeed in consultative B2B sales. If you’ve successfully transitioned from top-performing salesperson to hands-on sales leader and enjoy developing high-performing teams, this role is an excellent fit.

What You’ll Own

Full-Cycle Sales Leadership

  • Lead and coach Outside Sales Representatives across the complete sales cycle.

  • Create structured playbooks, coaching guides, and best practices.
  • Standardize sales methodologies across the team.

  • Monitor pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure CRM data remains accurate and up to date.

  • Support ongoing improvements to messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.

Requirements

Experience

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle B2B sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading Outside Sales Representatives—not just SDR or appointment-setting teams.
  • Personal experience carrying a sales quota and closing complex B2B deals.
  • Experience generating your own pipeline, running discovery calls, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing business.

Industry Knowledge

    • Cybersecurity
    • Cloud Solutions
    • Professional Services
  • Experience building high-performing remote sales teams.

  • Experience implementing AI-driven sales enablement strategies.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Proven full-cycle B2B sales leader.
  • Strong consultative selling mindset.
  • Excellent coach who develops people through structured feedback.
  • Process-oriented while remaining adaptable.

Project Management Engineering Manager, EMEA (Platform) at Testlio

Leads an engineering team responsible for platform integrations, public API, and identity systems that enable external clients and tools to connect with Testlio.

Lead Remote Posted 12 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

Engineer Head of Engineering, Supply Chain at Moniepoint Group

Leads a 25-person engineering team building backend systems for POS device inventory, logistics, and supply chain management across millions of terminals globally.

Lead Remote Posted 12 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are

Moniepoint Inc. is Africa’s all-in-one financial platform, helping 20 million businesses and individuals access seamless payments, banking, credit, cross-border, and business management tools each month.

As Nigeria’s largest merchant acquirer, we power most of the country’s point-of-sale (POS) transactions. Through our subsidiaries, Moniepoint Inc. processes over $250 billion in digital payment transaction value annually.

Why South Africa

South Africa has one of the strongest engineering communities anywhere in the world, and we are deliberately growing our technology organisation in the country. We already have several team members based here. The work is fully remote, and the mission we are working on is a good deal closer to home than it is for our teams elsewhere.

So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Supply Chain to join us in South Africa.

About The Role

POS Hardware and Device Platforms owns the software behind the physical side of Moniepoint’s business: the systems that track, move, maintain and account for millions of POS terminals in the field. That covers inventory and warehouse management, logistics and distribution, repair and maintenance workflows, and the operational tooling the business runs on day to day. It is a backend and distributed systems challenge at real scale - making operational data about millions of physical devices visible, trustworthy and consistent across every market we operate in. It is not a hardware engineering role.

The Head of Engineering, POS Supply Chain, oversees that software estate and is vital as Moniepoint expands internationally and scales device operations globally. The position involves leading the technical strategy for the domain and managing a large engineering organisation in a remote, distributed environment. As Head of Engineering, Supply Chain, your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the technical strategy and architecture for inventory and logistics tools and repair management software.
  • Leading an engineering organisation of approximately 25 engineers, including managers, QA, SRE and Data Engineering.
  • Driving platformisation of inventory and supply chain systems so operational data is visible, trustworthy and consistent across millions of terminals.
  • Bridging the gap between operational practice and software systems by building operationally disciplined solutions.
  • Defining architecture standards, engineering processes and quality metrics across squads to ensure reliability and data integrity.
  • Collaborating with business and operational stakeholders to translate operational requirements into engineering solutions.
  • Hiring, mentoring and developing engineering managers and senior engineers to support team growth up to 30+ members.

Who You Are

  • 10–15 years of overall software engineering experience, with at least 5 years leading engineering teams through growth phases.
  • 5+ years of hands-on, production-level experience writing and shipping Java code as a practising engineer. This means years spent writing Java yourself, not years spent overseeing teams who write it.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing managers - leading an engineering organisation through other engineering leaders, rather than running a single team.
  • Deep hands-on experience in supply chain, inventory, warehouse or logistics software at scale.
  • Fintech or regulated-industry experience, with an understanding of the operational stakes of device management in a payments environment.
  • Strong backend engineering skills for data-intensive, distributed, operational systems.
  • Proven system design ability at large scale, managing hundreds of thousands of devices or more.
  • Experience managing and developing large engineering teams of 20 or more members.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical leaders.
  • A product-minded approach to solving operational problems with engineering solutions.

Cultural Alignment

As well, we assess every candidate across eight dimensions that define how great leaders operate at Moniepoint. We look for evidence of all eight throughout the process, not just in a single conversation.

  • Customer Obsession: Build deep empathy for users. Solve problems intuitively, and fix root causes, not just tickets.
  • Craft: Master the fundamentals. Reason from first principles, make trade-offs explicit, and raise the bar on quality.
  • Systemisation: Turn repeating decisions into scalable mechanisms. Reduce cognitive load and raise engineering quality.
  • Urgency: Move with disciplined speed. Act autonomously within scope, remove friction, and escalate risks early.
  • Ownership: Treat the platform as your own. Take initiative across boundaries and follow through without reminders.
  • No Ego: Put the mission first. Share credit, welcome debate, and never protect status over team outcomes.
  • Candour: Surface uncomfortable truths and risks early. Intelligent failure is welcome; concealment is not.
  • Integrity: Stay truthful and ethically consistent. Refuse toxic behavior. Performance without integrity is unacceptable.

What Success Looks Like In The Role

  • Scalable inventory and logistics systems delivered, supporting millions of devices across multiple countries.
  • A high-performing, motivated engineering team aligned with company growth.
  • Operational data visibility and trust established across multiple global markets.
  • Robust architecture standards enabling reliability and data integrity.
  • Effective collaboration with business and operational teams to meet rapid expansion needs.

What we can offer you

  • Lead engineering for one of Africa’s largest POS networks and directly influence our global expansion.
  • Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment at the intersection of fintech and hardware operations.
  • Be part of a mission-driven company impacting millions of businesses and individuals across Africa and beyond.

What to expect in the hiring process

  • A preliminary phone call with the recruiter.
  • 60 minute High level System Design round with one of our Engineering Managers.
  • 60 minute Panel Interview with 2 of our Head of Engineering leaders, 30 minutes focused on a technical deep dive into your CV and into a project/system you built in the past. 30 minutes will be focused on testing for leadership attributes.
  • 60 minute Stakeholder Management Round with one of our Product Heads/VPs, focused on your stakeholder management, collaboration skills with product/business.
  • 60 minute Technical round and Culture fit interview with our Co-founder & Group CTO (the hiring manager).

Moniepoint is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and candidates.

Why Kenya

Kenya is where our next chapter begins. Following our acquisition of Sumac Microfinance Bank, we’re preparing to go live — which means the people we hire here help build a business from its first day, not inherit one. How we execute in Kenya will shape how we approach every market we enter after it, making this one of the most consequential engineering mandates in the business right now. This is the natural extension of our mission: to drive financial inclusion, and help millions of business owners and individuals across the African continent achieve financial happiness and success.

Engineer Head of Engineering, Supply Chain at Moniepoint Group

Head of Engineering leading a 25-person engineering team building backend and distributed systems for POS inventory, logistics, and supply chain management across millions of devices globally.

Why Poland

Poland is a new and deliberate addition to our engineering map. We recently made our first technology hire in the country, and we see it as a long-term strategic location for senior hires, particularly within engineering. Joining now means joining early, and helping shape what our presence here becomes.

So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Supply Chain to join us in Poland.

India is our second-largest team by headcount, with close to 150 people, and it continues to grow. The team here is one of our strongest, and it has become central to how we build and run our platform globally, with world class team members joining us from Tide, Uber, Flipkat, Amazon, GoTo/Gojek, Paytm, Airtel Payments, Visa, BharatPe, MoneyView, and many others.

As the Head of Engineering, Payment Gateway, your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the full technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Monnify platform across all capability areas.
  • Lead multiple engineering teams through engineering managers, setting quality standards and building organisational capability.
  • Own the developer experience end-to-end, including APIs, documentation, SDKs and integration ease.
  • Drive platform evolution towards multi-currency and international scalability.
  • Ensure platform reliability, scalability and security within a regulated environment.
  • Partner with product, commercial and operations teams to align technical investments with business goals.
  • Hire, mentor and develop engineering managers and senior engineers to support growth.

Who You Are

  • Over 10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in engineering leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of hands-on, production-level experience writing and shipping Java code as a practising engineer. This means years spent writing Java yourself, not only years spent overseeing teams who write it.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing managers - leading an engineering organisation through other engineering leaders, rather than running a single team.
  • Experience in payments, fintech or financial services products, with a working understanding of payment flows and compliance.
  • Deep knowledge of API-first products, developer platforms and API integration.
  • Proven leadership of multiple engineering teams via managers in a scaling organisation.
  • Strong backend engineering skills in high-throughput, distributed transactional systems.
  • Experience building or operating a payment gateway or multi-currency payment platform is a strong plus.

Cultural Alignment

Reports To: CEO

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) through the complete B2B sales cycle.

This is not an SDR management role.

Instead of focusing solely on prospecting activity, you’ll own the entire sales motion—from pipeline generation and discovery through presentations, negotiations, closing, and account development—while coaching your team to consistently improve performance.

  • Support reps through:

    • Prospecting
    • Pipeline generation
    • Qualification
    • Discovery
    • Solution presentations
    • Objection handling
    • Negotiation
    • Closing
    • Account nurturing
  • Drive consistent execution of the sales process while improving win rates and sales effectiveness.

Sales Coaching & Team Development

  • Coach both experienced and junior sales representatives.
  • Conduct live coaching sessions during customer calls.
  • Review recorded calls and provide actionable feedback.
  • Help reps improve discovery, positioning, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Build a culture of continuous learning and accountability.

Sales Process & Playbook Development

  • Develop, refine, and document scalable sales processes.
  • Create structured playbooks, coaching guides, and best practices.
  • Standardize sales methodologies across the team.
  • Continuously improve workflows based on performance data and market feedback.

AI-Driven Sales Management

  • Leverage AI tools to improve coaching, sales execution, and operational efficiency.

  • Build and manage workflows using tools such as:

    • Claude Projects
    • Claude Code
    • Claude Cowork
  • Analyze sales calls, pipeline data, and team performance using AI.

  • Use AI to create and continuously improve sales documentation and playbooks.

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Monitor pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure CRM data remains accurate and up to date.
  • Track key sales metrics and coach toward continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with leadership to align sales strategy and business goals.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams.
  • Support ongoing improvements to messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle B2B sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading Outside Sales Representatives—not just SDR or appointment-setting teams.
  • Personal experience carrying a sales quota and closing complex B2B deals.
  • Experience generating your own pipeline, running discovery calls, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing business.

Industry Knowledge

  • Strong background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) or IT Services is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of consultative technology sales processes.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Proven full-cycle B2B sales leader.
  • Strong consultative selling mindset.
  • Excellent coach who develops people through structured feedback.
  • Process-oriented while remaining adaptable.

Why Portugal

We have a small but strong group of team members in Portugal, having joined us from companies like Feedzai and OLX. As we continue to build out our engineering organisation across Europe, Portugal is a market we are actively hiring into.

So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Supply Chain to join us in Portugal.
