About the job

We are seeking a Technical Content Creator to showcase the practical power of Tether’s peer-to-peer stack. This is a builder-centric role designed for an engineer or highly technical creator who bridges the gap between low-level infrastructure, cryptography, and functional application.

We are not looking for a social media marketer or an on-camera influencer. We are looking for a technical storyteller who can write code, spin up peer-to-peer nodes, build functional Bare-powered applications, and record polished, clear, screen-share demos. You will turn our core stack (Pear and Bare) into an ongoing series of visual, practical “build-in-public” prototypes that prove to the world what true decentralized, peer-to-peer infrastructure looks like.

Responsibilities

  • Build Practical Demos: Independently build functional peer-to-peer applications and infrastructure setups using the Pear platform and the Bare runtime with minimal engineering hand-holding.

  • Record Technical Demos: Record clear, engaging, and high-quality screen-share walkthroughs and video demos of your builds, highlighting how the code works, how peers discover and sync with each other, and the value the systems deliver.

  • Translate Code to Content: Turn complex protocol updates, cryptographic primitives, and technical documentation into highly visual, digestible developer content (such as code-along videos, step-by-step guides, and interactive repositories).

  • Collaborate with Core Devs: Work closely with our P2P protocol and product engineering teams to stay ahead of upcoming Pear and Bare features.

  • Prototypes: Rapidly prototype application concepts — such as spinning up a peer-to-peer chat, file-sync, or data-replication demo — to show how quickly developers can launch resilient, serverless products using our ecosystem.

  • Fuel Influencer-Led Developer Adoption: Collaborate with technical influencers, developer advocates, and content creators to amplify our ecosystem. You will provide them with turn-key technical assets, co-create code-along challenges, and arm them with the high-quality demos and prototypes needed to inspire and onboard new developers to Pear and Bare.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6+ years of experience in a technical role such as Technical Content Creation, Solutions Engineering, or Backend/Systems Development.

  • Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in languages used across our ecosystem (such as NodeJS, C/C++) to interact confidently with peer-to-peer networking and runtime internals.

  • Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of peer-to-peer (P2P) networking, distributed systems, hypercore/append-only-log style data structures, and decentralized application architecture.

  • Demo/Video Production Skills: Experience recording and editing polished technical screen-shares, terminal recordings, or video tutorials (using tools like Loom, Camtasia, Screenflow, etc.).

  • Developer Empathy: The ability to look at a complex P2P protocol or runtime and understand exactly what kind of demo or sample project will get developers and infrastructure operators excited to start building.

  • Self-Starter Mindset: Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, distributed environment across global time zones.

Marketing AEO & GEO Lead at Spring Health

Owns AI-powered search and content strategy (AEO/GEO) across B2B and consumer channels, running experiments to improve discoverability and citation in AI platforms.

Mid Remote Posted 10 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Our mission: e liminating every barrier to mental health.

Spring Health is a global mental health company on a mission to eliminate every barrier to mental health. We’re building a world where getting support is simple, personal, and built around the person, so care can continue through every job, move, health plan, and life stage.

Our AI-native platform helps us deliver personalized support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care. With outcomes independently validated by JAMA Network Open and the Validation Institute, Spring Health reaches more than 170 million people worldwide through leading employers, health plans, and partners.

As an AI-native company, we believe technology should expand the reach, quality, and humanity of care. Every Spring Health team member is expected to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and keep building AI fluency in ways that support their role and our mission.

Spring Health is looking for an AEO & GEO Lead to own how our brand and content perform across AI-powered search and discovery. This role will span both our B2B and direct-to-consumer businesses, with responsibility for improving how Spring Health is found, understood and cited by the platforms people increasingly use to research, compare and make decisions.

This is a technical, hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn AEO and GEO into an operating system. You’ll build and run the experimentation engine, test what improves crawlability, retrieval, visibility and citation, ship changes quickly and use the results to decide what to scale. You’ll work across web, data and technical teams to make sure Spring Health’s digital presence is structured to perform as AI discovery continues to evolve, and you’ll connect that performance to traffic, demand and pipeline. You’ll own the process end to end. Sometimes that means creating content yourself. Other times it means using AI, briefing a freelancer, working with an internal expert or partnering with web and engineering. The goal is figuring out what gets Spring Health discovered and cited, then building a repeatable system around it. Reporting to the Senior Director, B2B Content and Communications, this is a full time, fully remote position on our team. Occasional travel may be required for team or company events/meetings.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and own Spring Health’s company-wide AEO and GEO strategy, spanning both B2B employer and D2C member audiences.
  • Test content, page structures, formats, sources, authorship signals and technical changes to understand what actually drives AI visibility and citation.
  • Monitor how major AI and search platforms crawl, index, retrieve and cite Spring Health information.
  • Partner with Web and Engineering to address technical barriers and improve structured data, schema, semantic HTML, internal linking, site architecture and crawlability.
  • Own onsite/offsite content as discovery and experimentation surfaces.
  • Extend visibility strategies across relevant third-party platforms and communities that influence AI-powered discovery and brand authority.
  • Maximize the long-term discovery value of high-priority content and thought leadership.
  • Ensure AEO and GEO standards are consistently applied across Spring Health’s broader digital content ecosystem.
  • Build and own the AEO scorecard. Connect AI discovery performance to traffic, demand and pipeline impact.
  • Use AI and automation extensively to accelerate research, content development, testing, monitoring and analysis.
  • Serve as the company-wide expert on AEO and AI discovery as the space continues to change.
  • You’ll work across communications, marketing, web and other teams to turn Spring Health’s expertise into content that AI engines can find, understand and cite. You’ll have AI tools and flexible creative resources to help you move quickly, while you stay focused on the strategy, experimentation and technical work that drives AI visibility.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Improve Spring Health’s visibility and citation across priority AI-powered search and answer platforms for B2B and consumer.
  • Increase qualified website traffic and engagement from AI-powered search and discovery channels.
  • Launch and evaluate a consistent pipeline of AEO and GEO experiments, using results to determine what approaches should be scaled.
  • Improve the technical readiness of priority web content for crawling, retrieval and citation, including structured data, site architecture and content structure.
  • Demonstrate measurable contribution from AI search and discovery efforts to business outcomes such as leads, opportunities and pipeline.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical SEO or search visibility, with full-time focus on AEO and GEO in recent years.
  • Hands-on experience improving visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity or Google AI experiences.
  • A strong understanding of how search engines and LLM-based systems crawl, index, retrieve and cite web content.
  • Technical fluency with structured data, schema/JSON-LD, semantic HTML, site architecture, rendering, canonicalization, internal linking and indexing.
  • A strong experimentation mindset. You form a hypothesis, get something live, inspect what happened and make the next decision from the evidence.
  • Experience with Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs and AI visibility platforms..
  • The ability to create and modify content when needed without relying on a traditional editorial production process.
  • Strong AI fluency and experience using automation to accelerate research, creation, testing and analysis.
  • The ability to brief and manage freelancers and internal subject matter experts to get work shipped quickly.
  • Strong analytical judgment. The measurement in this space is still developing, and you need to be comfortable deciding what is signal and what is noise.
  • The ability to work effectively with Web, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Communications teams.
  • A track record of building new capabilities without waiting for someone else to hand you the playbook.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect search and AI visibility performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with server logs or crawler analysis
  • Basic HTML/CSS, Python or SQL, APIs and automated workflows
  • Experience with proprietary research, or healthcare and other regulated categories.
  • In-house B2B or B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred.

The target base salary range for this position is $153,500 - $177,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.

Sales Business Development Manager - Life Sciences at SpotMe

Prospect and close new pharma customers through event presence, personalized outreach to warm audiences, and account progression with senior sales support.

Mid Remote Posted 11 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Mission - Why we exist, what we do, and why we need you

Onomi is the HCP engagement and intelligence platform for life sciences. Pharma commercial and medical teams use Onomi to run their HCP engagements, congresses, webinars, advisory boards, and everyday meetings, and to capture what actually happens in them: every interaction captured with consent, matched to the right HCP record, and written back to Veeva or Salesforce in minutes, so the engagement they already pay for comes back as data their teams can act on.

Why now:

This is Onomi’s first dedicated business development role in the US, and you are not starting from zero. We have a strong US account management and event services team on the ground, a US customer base of 100 referenceable pharma companies including AstraZeneca, Takeda, Sanofi, GSK, and BeOne, and over 500,000 HCPs engaged across our platform every month. Our go-to-market is event-first: our leadership team speaks at the industry’s events, usually with a booth alongside, and you will be there with them; at key conventions we prospect as participants, where our customers gather; our biweekly webinars hand you a warm, named audience after every session. What has been missing are the people on the ground converting that presence and proof into new logos. We are hiring 3 talents at once as our founding US new-business group, working directly with the CEO, the leadership team, and senior sales colleagues in other regions.

What you will do:

  • [35%] Work industry events: build target lists from attendee data before each event, staff the booth at leadership’s speaking events, prospect conventions as a participant (first alongside colleagues, then solo), and follow up with every named contact with relevant messaging.
  • [20%] Run personalized outbound to webinar audiences and industry event attendee lists, turning warm names into booked first meetings. No mass sequences; every message is yours and very specific.
  • [20%] Run first meetings: your three-slide story, sharp discovery questions, and a crisp follow-up that gets forwarded internally.
  • [25%] Progress opportunities with senior support: bring in a senior seller, our solutions team or our leadership team at the right moment, keep every deal moving in an open deal channel, and co-sell through scoping and close.

What we need from you:

In your first month, you will:

  • Join our leadership team at live industry events: staff the booth at tradeshows and walk congresses with them.
  • Master our core sales plays: rehearse them, listen to past winning calls, and run mock first meetings that convince the team you can do it alone.
  • Start outbound on your first event attendee list and webinar audience, and book your first attended meetings.

In your first 3 months, you will:

  • Have 30+ attended first meetings on the board, with a 70%-plus show rate.
  • Staff your first medical convention solo, with a pre-event target list, a floor contact log, and 100% follow-up.
  • Convert each webinar cycle into at least 2 attended meetings.
  • Have your first opportunities in discovery with a senior co-seller attached.

By month 6, you will have closed your first new US logo, co-sold with a senior colleague (for which you will get 100% quota retirement), and earned a clear conversation about your lane: toward closing bigger deals or leading meeting generation as we scale the team.

What you need to be great at:

  • Speed and consistency despite ambiguity: following up same day, never dropping a ball, staying creative when the playbook runs out.
  • Curiosity about the product and the customer: you ask why a customer runs things the way they do, you go into the layers underneath.
  • Nobody expects you to become a sales engineer, but if your answer to every product question is ‘let me loop someone in,’ buyers lose interest and the someone loses patience.
  • In-person presence: you are at your best on a floor, at a booth, in a hallway conversation, and you want to travel to make that happen (expect to hop on a plane every 2-3 weeks).
  • Taking feedback fast: we coach constantly; what we correct on Monday shows up in your work on Tuesday.
  • Working with support rather than an army: you handle what you can and escalate deliberately.
  • Writing that sells: short, specific, personal messages that get replies.

What we are most curious about:

  • Tell us about events or trade shows you have worked on: what you did before, on, and after the floor, and what it produced, with real numbers.
  • Walk us through a product you sold and what sat underneath it: how it worked, why customers chose it, what its limits were.
  • What are 2 or 3 outreach tactics that reliably got you replies and meetings, and how did you know they worked?
  • Tell us about the last piece of feedback that changed how you work, and what changed.

Compensation: 150,000 to 190,000 USD on-target earnings (60% base, 40% variable), with guaranteed variable during ramp.

US-based, remote, near a major hub airport.

SpotMe recruits, compensates, and promotes regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, parental status, or veteran status.

Sales ISV Partner Account Manager at iManage

Partner Account Manager sources, qualifies, and onboards technology partners into the iManage ecosystem while driving them through integration and go-to-market activation.

Mid Remote Posted 11 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

This is a remote role within a global team that utilizes cutting-edge technology to stay connected with colleagues worldwide. Occasional travel to a local office may be required for in-person collaboration with your team, as well as for company events, team building activities, or strategic meetings.

Being a Partner Account Manager at iManage Means

iManage is the system of record for the world’s most complex legal and professional services organizations. More than 80% of the AmLaw 100 & 200 run on iManage. The technology partners who build on this platform gain immediate access to that install base and the enterprise credibility that comes with it.

The partners who win in this ecosystem are the ones who extend the value of the iManage platform in ways that create real outcomes for shared customers. Your job is to find those partners, get them building, and support them to market so that the innovation they bring puts the customer at the center of everything. That is the flywheel that drives long-term growth for the partner, for iManage, and most importantly for the customers who depend on both. You are responsible for turning it.

Target Outcomes

  • Deliver partner territory royalty revenue and activation metrics that compound over time, with a forecast you can defend at every stage of the quarter
  • Qualify and sign new technology partners into the iManage ecosystem with speed and commercial rigor
  • Drive partners from first conversation to live integration to active royalty revenue generation
  • Own an active, growing territory with clear activation status and expansion pipeline across every tier
  • Build the programmatic playbooks that allow the partner ecosystem to scale beyond individual relationship management

iM Responsible For

  • Qualify and sign new partners. Own the full partner lifecycle from first conversation through first revenue report. Manage inbound partnership interest with speed and judgment. Evaluate fit against iManage’s ecosystem strategy, route candidates to the right program entry point, and own the commercial conversation from initial qualification through signed agreement and into early activation.
  • Get partners building. The best partnerships are anchored in technology. Own the path from signed agreement to live integration and drive partners through the technical and commercial milestones required to build meaningfully on the iManage platform.
  • Activate partners and take them to market. Once a partner is live, own their go-to-market activation. Enable partners on iManage’s product and positioning, connect them to the right internal resources, and drive joint marketing and sales activity that produces adoption. Measure success by live integrations and royalty revenue reported by active partners, not signed contracts.
  • Manage your territory. Own your forecast. Run structured QBR cadence across your territory and know where every partner stands on activation, expansion, and royalty revenue contribution at every stage of the quarter. Surface problems before they escalate and come with solutions, not status updates.
  • Build the playbook. Contribute to the onboarding frameworks, qualification criteria, and programmatic infrastructure that scale the partner ecosystem beyond individual relationship management. If you are doing something manually that should be systematized, build the system.
  • Coordinate internally. Serve as the connective tissue between your partner territory and iManage’s Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Pull in the right resources at the right time and keep your team informed on territory health without being asked.

iM Qualified Because I Have

  • 5 to 10 years in partner management, ISV business development, technology alliances, or a closely related field at an enterprise SaaS company
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology partners through the full lifecycle: qualification, commercial agreement, integration build, activation, and joint go-to-market
  • Track record of owning and closing commercial partnership agreements, not just managing relationships after the deal is done
  • Commercial fluency in partner economics, royalty models, and marketplace distribution; able to structure and close deals independently within defined authority levels
  • Forecast discipline: you own a number and you know where it is coming from at every stage of the quarter. Pipeline hygiene, activation tracking, and QBR cadence are how you stay ahead of the forecast, not how you explain it after the fact
  • Technical comfort sufficient to engage credibly with technical founders and engineering teams on API architecture, integration requirements, and platform capabilities

Bonus Points If I Have

  • Background in legal tech, practice management, or enterprise document and knowledge management
  • Experience building on or selling through an ISV marketplace such as Salesforce AppExchange, Microsoft AppSource, or a comparable platform ecosystem
  • Prior experience writing partner onboarding or activation playbooks from scratch
  • Comfort operating in a high-inbound, fast-moving environment where prioritization is a daily discipline
  • An existing network in the legal technology or enterprise SaaS partner community

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits. Your recruiter will provide further details about the offer range, incentives, and overall compensation during the hiring process.

Don’t meet every qualification listed above? Studies show that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet all qualifications. At iManage, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment, and encourage everyone to show up as their full authentic selves. We welcome those that come with a growth mindset and a hunger for learning; so, if you are excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification we encourage you to apply anyways!

iM Getting To

  • Join a rapidly evolving, industry-leading SaaS company on an exciting journey of growth and scalability!
  • Take on meaningful, high-impact challenges by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best-in-class protocols to drive innovation.
  • Own my career path with our internal development framework. Ask us more about this!
  • Expand my skill set and earn certifications with unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning courses and interactive Microsoft courses & training.
  • Be part of a supportive and experienced team within a dynamic, inclusive, and encouraging culture.
  • Enjoy flexible work hours that empower me to balance personal time with professional commitments.
  • Collaborate in a modern, open-plan workspace featuring a gaming area, free snacks and drinks, and regular social events.

iManage Is Supporting Me By

  • Creating an inclusive environment where I can help shape the culture not just by fitting in, but by adding to it.
  • Providing a market competitive salary that is applied through a consistent process, equitable for all our employees, and regularly reviewed based on industry data.
  • Rewarding me with an annual performance-based bonus.
  • Offering comprehensive Health/Vision/Dental/Life Insurance, and a 401k Retirement Savings Plan with a company match up to 4%.
  • Granting enhanced leave for expecting parents; 20 weeks 100% paid for primary leave, and 10 weeks 100% paid for secondary leave.
  • Providing me with a flexible time off policy to take the time off that I need. Be it for vacation, volunteering, celebrating holidays, spending time with family, or simply taking time to recharge and reset.
  • Having multiple company wellness days each year to prioritize mental health and well-being.
  • Providing access to RethinkCare, a global behavioral health platform that enhances personal well-being, strengthens professional resilience, and empowers parental success through expert-led training and resources.

This position offers a competitive compensation package reflecting the hunting nature of the role: 70% base salary / 30% variable compensation based on net new partner acquisition (MRR or ACV of new partnerships).

iManage is committed to providing an excellent candidate experience and will never ask you to engage in recruitment activity via text and exclusively communicates from emails using the @imanage.com domain. If you have any concerns or questions about communications you have received, please send them to [email protected] so our team members can review.

Legal Compliance Officer at Douro Labs

Manages AML/KYC processes, customer due diligence, and regulatory compliance for institutional onboarding while building compliance infrastructure for EU licensing.

Mid Remote Posted 12 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Douro Labs is the core development team behind the Pyth Network. We’re looking for a compliance professional to build and manage our AML/KYC processes and lay the groundwork for potential regulatory licensing in the EU.

This role is for an operator who understands the plumbing of institutional trust: someone who can walk a flagged counterparty through a documentation request one hour and brief the General Counsel on jurisdictional threshold risk the next. You will serve as the primary safeguard between Douro Labs and the institutional clients, prime brokers, and financial infrastructure players we onboard, managing the supply side of trust (running AML/KYC review on customers and companies entering our network) and the regulatory side (building the policies, audits, and controls that let Douro Labs pursue EU benchmark administrator licensing).

Location: Remote (EU-based preferred)

Type: full-time

Reports to: General Counsel

About Our Team and Your Role

We are a well-rounded team: half of us are tech whizzes, while the other half excel in building partnerships with institutional clients, prime brokers, and the global financial infrastructure community. Trust and diligence are key to how we operate.

Remote Work: Our team is spread across the globe, from the US and South America to Europe and Asia. We are a digital-first organization where remote work is the norm.

Startup-level Speed: We thrive in the dynamic DeFi space and need a compliance professional who can build sound processes without slowing down the business. We’re building an Amsterdam hub with strong technical, business development, and legal/compliance talent.

The Mission: You will be building the trust infrastructure behind Pyth Pro, our institutional-grade data solution. As we bring on sophisticated institutional buyers and pursue regulatory licensing in the EU, your work will define how Douro Labs manages risk and earns the confidence of regulators and counterparties alike.

About the Role

This is a hybrid compliance/operations role. At the outset, you’ll manage day-to-day AML/KYC operations for our customer onboarding flow. Over time, as Douro Labs moves forward with EU benchmark administrator licensure, this role is expected to evolve into a full-time Compliance Officer position with broader regulatory responsibility.

We operate a deliberately permissive onboarding model: customers get access first, and a compliance review happens behind the scenes. This role exists to manage that review process and build the compliance infrastructure we’ll need as we scale.

Responsibilities

AML/KYC Operations

  • Manage the ongoing AML/KYC review queue via Sumsub

  • Request and follow up on additional information from flagged customers and companies

  • Escalate higher-risk or ambiguous cases to the General Counsel

  • Apply onboarding policy consistently across individual and company customers

  • Manage and maintain company-wide AML and sanctions policies

EU Benchmark Regulatory Readiness

  • Work with engineering to build tracking for feed usage by product type and jurisdiction (EU/UK volume)

  • Monitor usage against regulatory thresholds

  • Manage customer usage audits

  • Help prepare groundwork for potential EU benchmark administrator licensing (policies, procedures, code of conduct for data publishers)

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and structures required to seek registration as a benchmark administrator in the EU

Internal Compliance

  • Keep internal policies current across Douro Labs’ multiple entities

  • Manage Douro Labs’ onboarding processes at counterparties’ request

  • Support periodic reviews to keep the compliance queue moving

Finance Compliance

  • Serve as the point of contact for financial compliance, coordinating statutory deliverables with the Finance team and appropriate record keeping

  • Maintain internal financial controls: approval workflows, segregation of duties, digital asset policies etc.

  • Coordinate the annual external/financial audit for relevant entities and serve as the compliance point of contact for auditors.

  • Work with Head of Finance to ensure 360 coverage of all tax obligations across all entities.

  • Ensure billing and revenue recognition align with signed customer contracts and applicable standards.

  • Flag contract terms with financial/compliance implications and upcoming renewals.

  • Track concentration risk across major counterparties.

About You

  • Background in compliance operations, AML/KYC, aC related regulatory function

  • Comfortable managing a recurring operational workload independently

  • Clear communicator with customers requesting documentation

  • Interested in growing into a full Compliance Officer role as our regulatory footprint expands

  • Crypto/DeFi or financial infrastructure familiarity a plus, not required

  • Comfortable with startup pace and evolving scope

Think you’ve got what it takes to build the most talented team in the world? We’d love to meet you.

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile applications.
